The hotel was beautiful and the room was clean and lovely.

Cons:

I was very upset. I was not informed that construction was ongoing at the hotel until 5pm daily. The jackhammer noise was so prominent from my room, I was unable to relax, make a phone call or watch TV. When I asked the front desk for a different room, they stated the entire hotel was affected by the construction. They offered me a drink ticket. I should have been made aware of the construction prior to booking. At $300 plus a night, I was exceptionally disappointed. I wrote a review to the Westin and they said thank you we will take it under consideration. Sorry, would have been nice.
