Cons:

Ein Manager musste gerufen werden um ein Frühstück zu bekommen. Das genannte Frühstück gemäß Buchung war das einfachste aber teuerste und die Qualität sehr einfach. Das Personal war sehr unterschiedlich, bei einigen fühlte man sich wie ein Störfaktor wohin gegen andere sehr zuvorkommend waren.

Modern hotel in excellent location
Pros:

Well located Hotel in the Downtown, easy walking distance to restuarants, bars and public transport to venture further afield. Staff were excellent and accomodating. The refurbished bar and restaurant are excellent. The Rooftop pool offers a great view and nice relaxing end to the day. Well equipped and clean gym.

Cons:

The Suites are not really suites at all, they are just normal hotel rooms with a double bed, a desk and a bathroom that are slighly larger than the conventional rooms.

Cons:

Como todo el centro de Toronto parking caro aún así vale la pena. Ojo con los parkings que son bajos.

Nel complesso lo risceglierei!
Pros:

Stanza spaziosa e con vista sulla città.
Letto comodo e biancheria da bagno in abbondanza e di buona qualità.
Posizione ottimale.
Disponibilità di acqua in bottiglia presso la reception ogni volta che se avessimo bisogno (5 punti!).

Cons:

La colazione andrebbe migliorata in quanto non all'altezza di un Hilton. Personale alla colazione poco preparato e poco attento al cliente.
Camera molto rumorosa in quanto vicino all'ascensore (si sentivano i motori ogni volta che l'ascensore veniva usato) e con vetri delle finestre abbastanza poco insonorizzati.
Code per gli ascensori in qualcuno momenti della giornata.

Great Location
Pros:

Stayed at the Hilton Downtown Toronto during a vacation to Canada. The hotel is centrally located and in walking distance of everything downtown. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the bellhop and warmly greeted by the desk agent. After being awake since 3am CST we appreciated the early check in at 1pm. The room was nice and clean, hotel areas nice and clean. Everyone professional and friendly.
