The location and vibe in the hotel was cool. Large room!
NA
i like that the location is close for the work event i was in town for, many restaurants in the area.
it's my third time here and i feel that it's gotten noisier everytime i come. there we loud humming sounds from the ventilation and pipes in the walls that disrupted our sleep on every night we stayed. on top of it 2/3 times there were very large groups having parties til 4am. security did come stop them but it was another factor in our lack of sleep. the hotel itself and staff are very nice, but the noisiness in the room made it uncomfortable enough that i will be looking at other option for my next visit.
Great motel
Poor selection of Gluten free foods at breakfast buffet.
We had a terrific experience at The Hilton. Every interaction with staff was efficient, friendly and satisfactory. Despite the extremely challenging circumstances of a convention and a power shutdown they made it a smooth and enjoyable stay.
I had a good stay at the Hilton Toronto, though nothing about the experience particularly wowed me for an executive floor upgrade. The hotel is well-located in downtown Toronto, making it convenient for exploring the city.
The Room
The king room on the executive floor had all the basic amenities you’d expect from a Hilton property. The rooms are a decent size with nice city views. However, I did notice some coffee stains on the desk, which was disappointing for what’s supposed to be an upgraded floor experience. Beyond access to the lounge, I honestly didn’t find anything special or noteworthy about being on the executive level.
Executive Lounge
The executive lounge on the 32nd floor was definitely the highlight of my stay. I enjoyed having breakfast there in the morning—it offers a deluxe continental breakfast along with beverages and snacks throughout the day. The lounge has comfortable seating and good views, making it a pleasant space to start the day.
Overall, it was a good stay for the location and the lounge access, but the executive floor itself didn’t deliver the “wow” factor I was hoping for given the upgrade cost.
I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Toronto during a recent business trip and would happily recommend it to both business and leisure travellers.
One of the first things that stood out was being accommodated with an 11:00 a.m. check-in as a Hilton Honors Diamond member, which was very much appreciated after travelling. It made the arrival experience smooth, comfortable and set the tone for the rest of the stay.
The Executive Lounge was excellent and proved to be a real highlight. It was a welcoming and well-appointed space to relax, catch up on work, and enjoy the added benefits that make a stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was also very impressive, with a wide variety of options and a quality presentation that made for a great start to each day.
The absolute standout, however, was the view. Having the CN Tower right there from my bed was simply stunning and made the stay feel especially memorable. Few things compare to waking up to such an iconic Toronto view. Room 3105 was excellent!
If I had one small critique, it would be that the bathrooms are a little on the small side, but this was only a minor inconvenience and certainly did not detract from what was otherwise an excellent overall experience.
All in all, Hilton Toronto delivered a very strong business trip stay with excellent service, valuable Diamond recognition, a superb lounge and unforgettable views. I would gladly return.

Staff was nice easy direction getting around
Stayed at the Hilton Toronto for 5 nights in March. Location was excellent for exploring the city.
Check in was wonderful, staff were friendly and professional. Every staff member I encountered from front of house, valet parking, restaurant and housekeeping were a credit to the hotel.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
Rooms were clean, modern and spacious.
Housekeeping work hard to keep standards high.
The hotel is great value for money.
Breakfast was delicious and well presented. The valet parking fee was quite high but worth every penny because the valet parking provides a. great service.
This was my first time visiting Toronto, I plan to return in the summer and will definitely be returning to the Hilton.
A big thank you for making my stay a memorable one.
