Loved how central it was. Everything we wanted to see was within a 10 minute walk.
The Staff was extremely kind and aware if we needed assistance with anything.
The bartenders were also super nice
Nothing
L'ascenseur était inutilisable. Certaines chaînes de TV étaient bien en dessous d'une qualité acceptable en 2026. (notemment pour voir la Coupe de monde de foot)
Everything is just a short walk away. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Water bottles are available at the hotel.

We recently stayed for the weekend at the Hilton Toronto Downtown while my wife was in the city for hip replacement surgery, and we couldn’t have been more impressed with our experience.
From the moment we arrived on Friday evening, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Carlos Sanchez at the front desk for his warm, professional check-in. Knowing why we were visiting, the team went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, even treating us to a complimentary breakfast at the Bistro Restaurant, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.
The accommodations were exactly what we expected—comfortable, clean, and perfect for what we needed during a stressful weekend. The hotel’s downtown location is outstanding, with easy parking nearby and convenient access to everything in the area.
Every member of the staff we encountered, from the doormen and front desk team to the restaurant and bar staff, was friendly, courteous, and eager to help.
The breakfast buffet was exceptional. There was a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, an excellent omelet station, and everything you could want from a premium hotel breakfast.
As a football fan, I also appreciated that the FIFA matches were playing on the large screen in the lobby, which added to the atmosphere during our stay.
I also want to recognize the bartender working on the afternoon of Saturday, July 12. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was outstanding. Despite being the only bartender serving a busy crowd, she never stopped smiling. She provided friendly conversation, quick service, and made one of the best margaritas I’ve had. Her professionalism and positive attitude made an already good day even better.
We highly recommend the Hilton Toronto Downtown to anyone visiting the city. Thanks to the exceptional hospitality we received, we’ve already decided that when my wife returns for her next hip surgery, this will absolutely be where we stay.
Great location in downtown Toronto. Overpriced and no HHonors Gold upgrade although we got two renovated room. Courtesy HHonors Gold breakfast was downgraded to continental breakfast mid-stay. Staff is OK but not stellar. Rooms are clean, large and well appointed.
Great location. Parking is a little high. Plus it’s valet. Restaurant isn’t the best but the rooms and hotel are great.
Pricey, but for central Toronto standards worth it. Excellent pool, inside and outside part. Varied breakfast. Nice bar. Friendly housekeeping, the coffee-tea maker in the room is not good for tea hence they lent us a kettle. Large room, good wifi and bathroom.
One minus, too small to cost them a star: no guest laundry (only expensive 24h service). A shame, all other large chains in Canada that we visited has this facility.
Very clean

ALLES
The bed was too old and saggy
We were so pleased with this Hilton Hotel in downtown Toronto. The reception area is fabulous and the decor for the World Cup made it even more special. We had a family room with a great view of the CN tower. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location - would definitely stay here again.
Only slight negative is the sofa beds are not the most comfy.
床非常舒適,非常好睡
如果洗澡水壓可以再強一點,會更棒。
Very good. Good selection. Loved the overnight oats
The pullout bed wasn't the best. Not very comfortable
