Comfy bed, amazing views

Cons:

Cost the same to valet park the car as to get a room for the night. Pool filthy, food everywhere, bugs squashed around the pool, litter everywhere. Hairs in the bath

This was supposed to be a great anniversary that turned into a nightmare.
Pros:

The property is beautiful and the view was nice

Cons:

For one I was charged for room service I did not order. I talked with management and was told I would hear from them by the end of the business day. This was after they charged me another incidental fee without my consent. I have still not hear from them. I feel very deceived and taken advantage of by the management and staff. And this was after they allowed someone else to check in under my reservation.

The rooms are not that great .not enough sugar for the coffee towels feel hard not soft .
Pros:

The room was a double bed . We booked a king then our card was messed up and the first agent made us look for another card we went back to the car and came back went to another agent and she let us do the card manually what the first agent could have done . Smh

Cons:

The elevators were terrible and why is there a need to hold 200 for a room that we prepaid for !!!
