Love a Westin and this one is great
Pros:

I usually like Westin properties and this one is nice and comfortable.
Clean, nice room and good location. I arrived late that night, staff was very nice and helpful.

I had to check out as soon as I checked in.
Pros:

It smelt so bad of mold and moisture. I’m not sure if it was flooded previously but I had such a bad headache I had to check out right after checking in.

Cons:

Mold/ moisture. Nothing can be positive if it isn’t a safe environment to stay in.

Großes Hotel in der Mall integriert
Pros:

Die Lage in der Galleria Mall war hervorragend. Außerdem ist das Stadtviertel hochwertig und recht sicher. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Unser Zimmer hatte bodentiefe Fenster, war dadurch sehr hell, und einen schönen Ausblick.
Man konnte kostenlos die Parkplätze (Parkhaus) der Mall nutzen.
Das Zimmer selbst war in einem guten Zustand und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das mitgebuchte Frühstück war nur ein Wertgutschein, den wir in einem externen Restaurant als a-la-carte Frühstück einlösen konnten. Mein 17-jähriger Sohn ist nicht satt geworden, der Gesamtpreis belief sich auf fast das Doppelte. Dieses Konzept funktioniert nicht wirklich. Am besten ohne Frühstück buchen und irgendwo anders frühstücken.

Cons:

A limpeza tentar entrar no quarto ás 08h15, para o limpar e com o Do Not Disturb colocado na porta.
Barulho de aviso do elevador, muito alto na zona dos quartos.
