Disappointing, Dingy, Dated!

The location is great for activities in the Byward Market area.

Cons:

The rooms with 2 beds only have double beds, very small. The rooms are small and very dated. The pool is laughable, very small and the chaise lounge cushions are all stained. The payment system is outdated and inconvenient. However they charge upscale market prices but don’t deliver on the “upscale” part. This used to be a classy hotel back in the day but they have failed to stay current.

Uma grande demora nos elevadores!!
Fila para esperar e quando chegava o elevador, estava lotado. Usar um só elevador sem dar opção para mais de um e o hotel não prestar a atenção nisso, foi um ponto negativo. Mas de resto te perfeito.
