The charm and history
Nicely kept, but feels a little dated.
Staff was friendly.
Parking for guests is $60.00 per day. This is ridiculous, especially when you are already spending a lot of money for the rooms. Definitely will not be back because of the price of the valet service.
Historic building in downtown Pittsburgh, close to Duquesne University. Wonderful customer service. Walking distance to many attractions. Coffee shop and restaurant downstairs.
Because it's an old. hotel, rooms are small.
Breakfast was excellent on the brunch Saturday and Monday morning . Kawtar was our server and was helpful, pleasant and thoughtful in caring for our comfort.
The shower pressure was excellent the room comfortable and enjoyed the ready coffee and small refrigerator available.

That a lot of people didn't know how to give directions but outside of that I would definitely come to this hotel again and I will come to the state again to visit I had a beautiful time everybody was really nice and really friendly and the food there is excellent
