Nice stay, heart of the city
Pros:

Enjoyable stay, beds were comfortable and. Appreciated that the climate control was quiet so made sleep comfortable. Speakeasy was great

The room set up was weirdest thing I have experienced the shower was on the opposite side of the sink where you need to get ready… had to go back and forth between the bathrooms!
The shower was not clean at all!!

Very old carpets, I had a bug flying in my room, sink faucet handle were loose I thought it’ll come off.vier of the red wall next door is not pretty, can’t open the drapes thus room feels very dark. I was in room 1242

Excellence in service and style
Pros:

The William Penn Omni is the place to stay for excellence in service, high-quality rooms and hotel amenities. Every staff member called me by name and went above and beyond to make me feel like a queen. Rooms are clean, stocked with extra coffee and towels, service reps are quick to retrieve and deliver bags and if it's your birthday, expect royal treatment!

Pros:

Very responsive staff, clean, large rooms, comfortable, delightful place to stay.

Cons:

Minor issues only, but since you asked:
Car Valet excellent but pricey
Should be a few more towels. But they quickly supplemented on request.
Things like the coffee cups, water should be automatically re-supplied on 2nd etc day of stay.

Luxury and comfortability meet
Pros:

Amazing. Like staying st the titanic. Rooms are super comfortable. So many food options right at your door. Staff was so incredibly kind and helpful. Restaurants cost a penny but are really good food.

given a different room that was ready that was supposed to be the same price as my original room but got charged an extra 100$.

Ridiculous parking fees....
Pros:

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Parking for guests is $60.00 per day. This is ridiculous, especially when you are already spending a lot of money for the rooms. Definitely will not be back because of the price of the valet service.
