Hotel is very tired and doesn’t live up to its 5 star classification.
Desperate need of a Refurb.
Bathrooms are dark and Grim with tile grouting in shower patched up.
Only 2 out of 3 lifts working and therefore at busy times have to wait quite some time for lift to arrive.

Very good overall experience.
The stag were helpfull and friendly, the place is calm and really nice, it’s clean too. Generally we had a lot of fun and loved it.
We had to pay the tax twice, once in the booking app and then in the reception property and that didn’t make sense to be honest, since the entire price we paid in booking included the tax (79.20dh) and we were asked to pay it again upon arrival.
