Perfect service experienced from the very beginning (Concierge, check in, M Club, Housekeeping, Room Service, Breakfast, etc), really only positive opinions. And I need to highlight one even more outstanding, with willingness to provide the best possible service what is over the high expectations of Titanium Elite guest, Mehdi from the breakfast. Had a wonderful breakfast at Marriott today. The food was delicious, and as someone who truly misses Moroccan food, it was especially enjoyable. The service was exceptional. A special thank you to Abdou, who welcomed me so warmly and made the whole experience feel truly personalized. Also, many thanks to Ilias for his kindness and hospitality. Their attention and genuine care made the morning even more enjoyable. Looking forward to coming back!

The overall experience was ok, the thing that made this hotel was the staff - they were extremely polite, friendly and helpful.
There were key points that let this hotel down
1st - the advertised terrace wasn't open other than one morning at breakfast - with no explanation as to why
2nd - the restaurant wasn't open any of the evenings for dinner only the very expensive and over priced steak house
3rd - It is very geared towards business rather than the tourist - lacks atmosphere
4th - The concierge wasn't very helpful when we asked about something to do - they suggested getting out of town and going elsewhere ie Marrakesh or Fez - not practical
Location is perfect - there are local souks and a lovely walk along the promenade to the mosque but a long way if you want to go to the beach.
The best advice we got from a member of staff was to visit the Royal Mansour as it had a rooftop terrace - the atmosphere here was a lot better.
If you are looking for a business hotel then this is the 1 for you excellent conference facilities and helpful staff with all the up to date amenities you would expect
If you are looking a couples break then maybe look elsewhere as while the hotel have amazing staff who go above and beyond, the hotel lacks the ambience of a holiday hotel where you feel welcome and not a number
