Our room was very comfortable and the beach views were great. We changed rooms at the start of our stay to get a better view and then changed again, adding a day, and got an ocean front room which was great. The pool was clean and inviting, beach access was great.
The curtains had some wear and tear, but that's to be expected at the end of the summer season. It would have been nice to have had beach chairs available for less than $40 each/day, especially for those who travel a distance.
The location was excellent.
Not worth the $500 per night we paid for the ocean view. The balcony was not big enough to have a chair. Not the Double Tree standard we are used to. The rooms were outdated and had broken pieces of furniture.
It was in a good location. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The pool needed to cleaned more frequently. There was always lots of sand in it. There was musty smell in hallway. They had febreeze plugged in the outlets. Parking was so tight. There was an employee sitting beside the entry to the lot with a sign that said $20 parking. We stopped and told him we were staying at hotel and he said we didn’t have to pay. It was already tight parking and hard to find a place to park so we weren’t happy about the general public parking there and crowding the beach.
Ice machine on our floor did not work our entire stay although the person at the front desk said it was fixed the previous day.
Did not eat the breakfast cause it cost way too much ! Wish it was complementary breakfast like other hotels ! That is the only negative thing I could find !

There was nothing that I didn’t like.
The ocean view was awesome, the beach access was nice but a little far away/hard to get too. The room was nice, bed very comfortable, nice tv, staff excellent,
the hot tub was not hot. I often choose hotels based off the availability of a hot tub. The air was very loud in the room, the tub seemed worn and old, expensive overall but that’s just things are nowadays I guess
The room was real nice and the view was good but I was disappointed that there wasn't a bigger balcony.
I was disappointed with the breakfast at Molly's.
I love the location to the beach.
The vent in our room was filthy - I was disappointed because the Doubletree has always been so very nice when I stayed in other cities. The shampoo bottle was empty also.

Air conditioning is super loud, walls are paper thin, there was an odor on some floors.
