Was decent, can't rate it as great and way below my expectations.
Pros:

We expected a little more than what was offered. There was no toothbrush, toothpaste etc which is a standard in many hotels.

Cons:

Many things. You have to stay here to understand that.

This is my third time staying there, it is a wonderful relaxing, and the ambience is amazing
Pros:

I absolutely love staying at this property. It is so comfortable. The employees are wonderful. The only thing I wish is that there was room service.

Perfect bedding. Terrific stay with a small problem
Pros:

The bedding was super. The pillows, sheets , comforter and mattress were simply the most comfortable that I’ve experienced in a hotel.

Cons:

The check out could have been better. The car valet worked very well on the phone with a QR code. Unfortunately the baggage valet from the room didn’t work as well. The kiosk was not working and we told the valet who told us it would be a few minutes. 35 minutes later, we called the front desk who expedited the bags. We had our bags a little less than ten minutes later. What bothers me is the valets were more concerned that our car was taking up a space in the exit row than solving the issue of why our bags were not being brought down from our room. I’m not sure why the baggage retrieve couldn’t use the same system as the QR code for retrieving the bags.
