Westin Josun Seoul Hotel

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. My husband and I are avid travelers and have stayed at Marriott hotels across the world, including the Ritz, St. Regis, JW, and Luxury Collection. That being said, the Westin Josun is one of our favorite hotels. The hotel itself feels very luxurious in terms of its decor.

The staff is extremely welcoming and professional from the moment you walk in the door. Special shout out to Ida at the front desk for being so friendly and making us feel at home! My husband has Ambassador status and we were able to take advantage of all of the perks which is not always the case at some hotels.

The concierge team is the best I've ever worked with. I had many requests from tennis court bookings to dinner reservations. They were super responsive and proactive. I dealt with several of them and they had seamless communication with me and amongst themselves. Thank you Ping, Lizy and Tom!

The lounge is also the best I've been to. It is spacious and elegantly decorated. The happy hour is incredible. Full open bar with many different food options. It could easily have been our dinner. We never had breakfast in the lounge. Instead, we had breakfast at Aria which was such a treat. They have a huge assortment of different foods, both Eastern and Western. You will not regret opting for this breakfast. I never used the facilities, but my husband loved the gym and steam room.

The location is fantastic. We were able to walk to many places including the Myeongdong Night Market which I highly recommend for getting a taste of Seoul!

Even my 8 year old son loved the hotel and told me to give it infinite stars :) My husband and I are going to be back in Seoul in November and we will be staying here without a doubt.

Hôtel idéalement situé sur Meyondong. Marché de nuits à deux pas de l’hôtel avec de la street food excellentes , prévoyez de faire un retrait , tout donne envie lol. Rues commerçantes et animés. Le ruisseau Cheonggyecheon pareil à 5/10 minutes de l’autre côté de l’hôtel avec des cascades illuminées où on peut trempé les pieds c’est très jolie et agréable.
Utilisez never map pour rayonner dans les autres quartier de la ville en métro et bus c’est très facile. Il faut prendre la carte t money dans un 7 eleven. Recharge sur place si possible ou au borne dans le métro . Méfiez vous certaines bornes c’est que en espèces. Si ils vous restent des fond sur votre t money vous pourrez l’utiliser dans les petites supérettes.
L’hôtel en lui même est top.Service haut de gamme personnel au petit soin . Le petit déjeuner est excellent. La piscine est magnifique avec deux bains à remous à 38 et 40 degrés. Bonnet de bain obligatoire mais l’hôtel en prête si vous n’en n’avez pas . On a eu de la chance pas de restrictions d’entrée à compter du 29 juin et nous étions début juillet ! Un bonheur pour les pieds après une journée de marche . L’hôtel met des parapluies à disposition.Nous n’avons pas essayer les restos hormis le petit déjeuner. Nous recommandons cet hôtel . J’ai hésité à mettre à bon commentaire , pour garder cette pépite pour nous lol

Perfect location with luxurious rooms and well maintained facilities and excellent staff.

Just checked in yesterday evening and so far it has been a fantastic experience - the hotel is very conveniently located within the Myeongdong area and just steps away from Lotte Dept store. But what really sets the hotel apart is the level of service. We were received by Sam at the check in counter and I would dare say he is the best we have ever met and we have been to hundreds of 5-star hotels!!!! Within minutes as he was registering us he realised it was my husband’s birthday (which I had not mentioned in my booking) and he took the time to wish my husband happy birthday as well as arrange for lounge access as there were no available rooms to be upgraded to despite our bonvoy status (high season and many rooms under renovation). We were delighted of course because many bonvoy hotels just usually disregard any status and declare rooms are full. This experience really set the tone for our stay at the hotel. It may not be the most luxurious (though well appointed) but Sam has single handedly ensured that the next time we come back to Seoul it will be to the Westin Josun.

The stay was truly conformable and memorable thanks to all staff and special thank to Elena Jo. I believe my family and I will be return to Josun Hotel again very soon.

Best service ever. Kind, respectful and professional

I had a very enjoyable stay, and I especially want to recognize Jackson from Guest Services. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel genuinely welcome and at home. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a lasting impression and significantly enhanced my experience.

Unfortunately, my experience at the lounge bar was disappointing. I ordered the Japanese curry rice, and the quality of the meal did not meet my expectations. I also asked whether it could be served with Japanese pickles, as they are traditionally accompanied with this dish. The staff explained they did not have any available because they do not come with that dish but said they would discuss adding them at their next staff meeting.

While I appreciated the staff's willingness to listen to feedback, the food quality at the lounge bar needs improvement. Jackson's exceptional service was the highlight of my stay and is what I will remember most.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here last week during our trip to Seoul.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Mr. Teddy Park at the front desk, who made our check-in smooth and welcoming. He was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

The entire hotel team was consistently warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit, which made us feel truly welcomed.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options to start the day. The location is also fantastic - right next to the Lotte Department Store, making shopping, dining, and getting around the city incredibly convenient.

Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Seoul.
