I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the extra bed I requested for my daughter during our recent stay. Despite the additional charge for a good amount of money, the bed was very uncomfortable and resulted in my daughter experiencing neck pain.
Given the poor condition of the bed and the impact it had on our stay.

I was checking late at night, and there are barely any people around to ask where the reception is located, so I have to figure it out myself. That’s the only problem I had. Overall, I had a great check-in with Woody, he’s great and caring!!! I feel welcomed
