Totally recommend. Would stay here again.
Pros:

Loved the location and the size of the room. We had x4 adults and it was very roomy.
Super close to the Disney Train. Amenities were great.

Cons:

The cost to use the outdoor pool was excessive.

We had a wonderful, comfortable stay.
Pros:

The rooms are very comfortable, the buffet breakfast is amazing with wonderful variety, the staff are helpful and tolerant of our small children. We loved the pool on a hot sunny day.

Cons:

The cost to use the pool was more than I expected.

A hotel that had a lot of promise and delivered only in some.
Pros:

Was close to monorail to access Disneyland.

Cons:

Activities such as outside pool are not free!!!!! With paying a lot of money to stay one would think that all is paid for. Nowhere in the world have I had to pay in addition!!! The room utensils were also broken (safe and kettle). A 5 star hotel should have better maintenance. Also the breakfast entrance was inconvenient as got people to enter in back and blocked primary entrance. Made no sense.

Great location for Disneyland, comfy beds, good breakfast.

Cons:

Rooms were not very soundproof and it felt like we had a herd of elephants staying on the floor above us. It was very annoying.

Alles. Das personal ein Traum. Das hotel verfügt über mehrere Restaurants, wir waren jeden tag in einem anderen frühstücken. In der lobby gibt es einen Tisch mit eingebauten Bildschirmen auf denen man alte Nintendo Spiele spielen kann. Es gibt ein fitnessstudio, einen Pool, einen Minigolfplatz und vieles mehr. Ca 2 Minuten entfernt ist die disney resort Bahn mit dieser sind wir immer 2 Stationen gefahren um dann in die ubahn einzusteigen. Im Hotel gab es einen automat zum geld abheben und auch einen zum geld wechseln.Das hotel war einfach ein traum.

Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, outside pool was beautiful. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel sadly didn't meet our expectations at all. We really looking forward to finish our vacation in Japan "in style" and enjoy outside pool and the sun. Hotel is quite outdated, our room had a weird smell. Upon check-in we had to wait more than 1 hour because of the line. If you want to use outdoor pool, you had to pay 30 EUR for two people to use it for only 2 hours per day and you had to make a booking in advance. Indoor pool is free of use but smell really bad, it was also very crowded, full of kids. Basically every activity at the hotel needs to be booked in advance and costs extra.

A bond held of 60,000 yen which only gets refunded after 2 weeks. If it is a bond, it should be refunded immediately onto the card.
