飯店可以體驗的設施很多，且工作人員也很熱心協助，重點是離bayside station超近，去迪士尼樂園很方便
飯店內超商食物選擇性偏少，晚上回飯店若沒有準備晚餐會感受不好

Great location, friendly staff, easy transportation access
Large, comfortable rooms - so great for families. Loads of attractions and facilities, although you have to pay for outdoor pool. Located near Tokyo Disney and free shuttle to Maihama station for getting into Tokyo.
Restaurants were pretty expensive.
The hotel’s location is excellent, with direct access to the Disney Resort Monorail, making it incredibly convenient for visiting both Disney parks.
The hotel itself is clean, grand and well maintained, with spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and a lovely coffee shop. The interiors have a luxurious, five-star feel, and overall we had a very comfortable stay.
Despite my disappointment with the pool facilities, I would still recommend staying here if your main purpose is visiting the Disney parks. The location is hard to beat, and the comfort and convenience of the hotel make it a great base for a Disney holiday.
One of the biggest disappointments during our stay was having to pay an additional fee to use the outdoor pool. In all my travels, I have never stayed at a hotel where paying guests were charged extra to access the main pool facilities. It felt particularly disappointing for a Sheraton and came across as unnecessarily profit-driven.
What made the experience even more frustrating was that non-guests were also able to pay to use the pool, yet hotel guests weren’t given any priority access to sun loungers or seating. The pool area was extremely crowded, and on a hot day it was almost impossible to find anywhere to relax.
The pool and gardens themselves could also benefit from a refresh. While the interior of the hotel is beautiful and certainly lives up to its five-star rating, the outdoor areas feel tired and don’t reflect the same standard.
If you’re planning to spend your holiday relaxing by the pool, sunbathing or unwinding outdoors, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for that purpose. For us, this aspect of the stay was a significant let-down and a big thumbs down.

部屋はベッドが四つあり、ゆっくり過ごせました。
ガーデンプールも、人数制限をしているため混雑がなく、孫たちもたくさん遊べて楽しかったです。
朝食は、待たずにすみ席も広々としていたので、
快適でした。
ガーデンプールは、2時間制なのでもう少し時間が欲しかったです。
または、1時間単位での予約があればと思いました。
This was our last hotel in Japan before heading home, we had come from the Hilton Hiroshima which was more expensive but is what we are comparing against. We otherwise stayed at Mimaru hotels.
We are a family of 4 (16yo and 13yo). They added extra beds to the room which helped keep the cost down. It was rather cramped and the left the table there which made the room smaller (I moved it on its side to make more room).
We chose the location due to the proximity to the Disney theme parks with along with the hotel staff were the only positives. The entrance and lobby was nice. As we were at Disney all day we didn't use any of the other hotel facilities.
The lobby staff were amazing especially helping with our bags when we left the hotel.
We arrived at 10pm, there was a wait on check in, staff were lovely however the process seemed slow and clunky as each time staff needed to head out to the back rooms to take photocopies.
Our room was on the 11th floor, on exiting the lift the hallway had a musty smell and it was dated. This continued to the room with a very dated and there was a musty smell in the room too. I don't know if this floor is used for pets? We didn't see anyone else on that floor during our stay.

Not much to offer food wise after the parks close
We were at Disney so what is there to complain about? (Except the massive cockroach that came out of drain from under the tub,.... Something I'm not used to where I live but perhaps expected in this climatic zone?). Staff were exceptional, organized and helpful. Breakfast choices were great. Free bus shuttle was great or easy walk to the monorail station.
We didn't realize when booking that the outdoor pool use was an extra, and expensive, charge. And we picked this hotel because of the pool. I wasn't expecting the big cockroach in the bathroom. It didn't feel like the hotel was full yet we got a room overlooking the parking lot. With the cockroach. I can understand getting a deal through bookings, but if the hotel isn't full why not give us a nicer view.

It was a great base for Disney. The location and room were excellent. Plenty of space for 5 of us in the room.
I found the pools a bit dirty. The outside pool was freezing even on a boiling day. No way of cleaning after swimming (showers but no soap etc) and lockers were incredibly expensive.
