The price however not sure saving $20 is worth it.
They say it's a smoke-free property; however, it smells like an ashtray. We booked a two-queen bedroom, but upon arrival, we discovered only a queen bedroom was available. Dogs barking, smoke smell, and dirtiness mean we will definitely never stay here again. They say breakfast is included, but it only consists of dry muffins and cheap granola bars.
They have free laundry and dryer service.

The smells of the place. The lobby and the stairwells were terrible. Thankfully our room wasn't bad. The crappy breakfast (never had much out) if you could even call it that.

I told the manager about the refrigerator not getting cold putting my drinks in the freezer that the air conditioner would not work over 68 it stops when the toilet wouldn't work she had to come up she had another woman over the commode when I came to my room and she said don't flush any toilet paper that's what's making it not flush
I showed her the air conditioner she started talking about her's and how she runs it that put me over the top

The location was nice with several things to eat nearby.
The place smelled bad of dog urine on the 1st floor that traveled up the staircase to the second floor. I brought it to their attention, and they said they knew about it and still chose not to do anything.

Excellent proximity to Greater Lexington...Staff.. specifically Mack, very professional, polite and efficient. Economical and clean.
Only negative to our experience was the bed was crippling hard. If you like a FIRM mattress this place is for you. Personally, half way through I had to move to the chair..
