Pros:

La vue est extraordinaire, la piscine est agréable.

Cons:

Faible flexibilité ou attention du personnel au front deck comme late check-out et surtout nous avertir quand la chambre est prête.

Cons:

Everything was excellent except for the response time when contacting the call center. Whenever I requested room service or laundry, it typically took at least 30 minutes for someone to arrive at the room.

Other than that, everything was perfect, and I had a very pleasant stay.

the spa is amazing and very warm

Cons:

The Fairmont is a very luxurious hotel, we had an amazing time there but they have 2 issues they need to fix! 1 - The fridge in the room has no space for our privately bought items ( and they have a warning to prevent you from moving any of the hotel items out, otherwise you will be billed for it!) 2- The Swimming pool temperature is really cold , needs a few degrees top up ( even with solar heating ).

Pros:

Location is very convenient, good range of restaurants around. Amazing service from the staff at the Gold Lounge - James in particular! A very comfortable spacious room, lovely toiletries too.
