Housekeeping service is offered every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more. Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee.
Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment; cash is not accepted.
Smoking in non-smoking units will incur an additional charge of USD 250.
Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in. For stays of up to 7 days, a deposit of $50 will be collected, while stays exceeding 7 days will require a deposit of $100. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon checkout.
Please note that the pet Fee will be applicable as mentioned below:
- USD 25 per day for 6 nights, USD 15 per day thereafter
- Unauthorised pet will incur a USD 100 penalty for a maximum of 2 pets per room

To purchase Pots, Pans and Plates, the charges are below:
- USD 39.99 for the purchase of pots and pans, a larger set
- USD 19.99 for the purchase of plates
If the guest wants to rent the USD 39.99 set, it is USD 15 per week. USD 40 penalty to be deducted from the security deposit if the rented items are spoiled.
If linen (pillow, bedsheet, duvet, towel) is damaged, we will charge a penalty of USD 15-40, depending on the item.
Please note that early check-in and Late check out are allowed at an additional cost of USD 10, depending on the availability of the same room category.
Additional unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of USD 50 per person per night.
For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of $10 may apply and is payable at the property.
Please note that parking for large vehicles is subject to availability at the hotel. An additional charge of $25 per night may apply, payable directly at the property.
A surcharge of 2 USD per room, per day applies for utility fee for each stay.

Convenience
The hidden fees. The cleanliness and I was robbed. Someone took everything out my room. I have pictures. The person also used my body soap and tore up my light fixtures.
The toilet stopped working. The staff went on strike for a few days. We got locked out because of the strike. The fridge didn't work very well ( ice cream never firmed up). The laundry room kept heating up our room past the capacity of the windows unit air conditioner. The microwave was a over the oven vent hood style that sat on the only counter space in the kitchen and it had the wrong plate thing inside so it didn't turn.the water temperature varied wildly in the shower, like in a 5 minute shower it got too hot and too cold without the dual being adjusted. There was only one small trash can with no bags. The was not sinksifter/stopper in the kitchen for washing dishes. We had to buy our own towels for the bathroom. In the end we left as soon as we could find an open room somewhere else.

When I arrived with my booked room;the hotel didn’t have anymore rooms left available.

Dirty, crackheads outside and stunk
The room I was put in was in the worst condition I could ever think possible of sanitation. I had no other way to communicate to someone that wasn’t even present at the front desk to get a refund or change room rooms so I sat in a chair all night and waited until morning I rested a little on the chair because the entire room was disgustingly dirty and even captured photos of larva living next to the bed!!!
Like nothing at all it was a point where I have to make a decision sit there until morning until the staff member showed up or leave and lose my money, but I decided to stick around, even though it’s stench end of its unsanitary just!
