Housekeeping service is offered every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more. Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee.
Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment; cash is not accepted.
Smoking in non-smoking units will incur an additional charge of USD 250.
Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in.
Please note that the pet Fee will be applicable as mentioned below:
- USD 25 per day for 6 nights, USD 15 per day thereafter
- Unauthorised pet will incur a USD 100 penalty for a maximum of 2 pets per room

If the guest wants to rent the USD 39.99 set, it is USD 15 per week. USD 40 penalty to be deducted from the security deposit if the rented items are spoiled.
If linen (pillow, bedsheet, duvet, towel) is damaged, we will charge a penalty of USD 15-40, depending on the item.
Please note that early check-in and Late check out are allowed at an additional cost of USD 10, depending on the availability of the same room category.
Additional unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of USD 50 per person per night.
For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of $10 may apply and is payable at the property.

Pulled up to the hotel and the landscaping was non-existant, bald patches or just dirt. few people were just sitting outside the lobby like they had no where else to be, went into the lobby to sign-in and there was no staff to check me in, I called and called yet no one ever appeared, they did have an i-pad for guest to check in but the ipad was frozen and unusable, so after 15 minutes I left.
Facility did not feel safe not seem like a place my car would be safe, so since I wasn't able to check in I left. Complete waste of money.
Rooms were nasty and dirty, not cleaning and not up to date with the outside, lied about having a room for me and didn’t, when you walked in it smelled disgusting in the lobby

No locks on the doors , mold in almost all rooms ,prostitution inside hotels, dirty linen, owners are in India and never visited properties residents and staff are mostly drug addicts. They will hire u and not pay u. Homeless breaks into the rooms nightly and hangs out in the hallway. Kids r there that never go to school. Place needs to be shutdown.
The entire place reeked of weed and let’s just say there was a permanent reserved parking space for the Charlotte metro police department.
The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever endured. Was not informed of an end time for checkout, just told after 3 pm. My family was running behind, tried to contact them to inform them. Was yelled at over the phone and hung up on the night of 7/24. Proceeded to show up there because we had already paid, just to continue to be screamed at by the front desk employee, as the office was locked up and he was across the parking lot smoking marijuana. My children, not only were terrified, but my family felt threatened. 0/10 experience, and someone no longer needs to be employed after this incident.

I will NEVER choose this hotel AGAIN. Beware it's a SCAM! They took my money for something that wasn't my fault. Please, please be careful when/if choosing this place.
It was a SCAM, you took money from me, and it wasn't my fault that your rooms weren't clean. I asked for a supervisor there wasn't one available. Of course it was a foreigner!
Convenience
The hidden fees. The cleanliness and I was robbed. Someone took everything out my room. I have pictures. The person also used my body soap and tore up my light fixtures.
The toilet stopped working. The staff went on strike for a few days. We got locked out because of the strike. The fridge didn't work very well ( ice cream never firmed up). The laundry room kept heating up our room past the capacity of the windows unit air conditioner. The microwave was a over the oven vent hood style that sat on the only counter space in the kitchen and it had the wrong plate thing inside so it didn't turn.the water temperature varied wildly in the shower, like in a 5 minute shower it got too hot and too cold without the dual being adjusted. There was only one small trash can with no bags. The was not sinksifter/stopper in the kitchen for washing dishes. We had to buy our own towels for the bathroom. In the end we left as soon as we could find an open room somewhere else.
