Pros:

I liked everything . The staff were brilliant — and I arrived to the mega fun surprise to discover I was ‘VIP of the Day ‘ . My room was lovely and comfy — the location is totally walkable to Old Town Scottsdale —- and the restaurant Zuzu was amazing . If you like carpaccio hi-tail it there . Best I have ever had

Pros:

Really great stay!!! They were very accommodating from the start. Early check in was not a problem. Room selection, not an issue. The location was perfect in Scottsdale. The vibe of the hotel was mid century and it was beautiful. Great price for the 4 nights stay (used my Amex platinum and got even better perks!!!)
Zuzu restaurant was really great and the staff was so attentive. Stayed in building 5 and it was near the relaxing pool (ohasis I think), super quiet and chill. Rooms super cleans and the red flower (?) spa products they had in rooms smelled so good!!! Would definitely stay again!

Chic boutique vibes
Pros:

We came to AZ to celebrate our anniversary. This was a cute hotel. Felt like a hidden gem. It is an older hotel but the rooms are updated. Everything is well organized. We did valet and you can call for your car ahead of time. The main pool had plenty of lounge chairs. There are plenty of restaurants that are walking distance. We had a relaxing and carefree getaway.

Terrific stay, property, and staff
Pros:

We stayed here while attending a dance combine. This hotel was amazing in every way. It was well maintained, beautiful, there’s so many placesto relax, and to just take a seat and enjoy all of the beauty and cleanliness. The rooms are so adorable, the Hotel decor and retro vibes were so cute, you really feel like you’re at a resort here. The staff was amazing and friendly and bedroom. Service was quick. The foodwas good. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in Scottsdale!

Can’t wait to go back!

Okay, I need to talk about Hotel Valley Ho. From the second I walked in, I was obsessed with the vibe, that retro Scottsdale cool that makes you feel like you wandered onto a stylish movie set. The staff were absolute gems, so friendly and on top of everything without hovering. And my room? Perfect. Like, didn’t want to leave perfect. If you’re looking for a hotel with personality (and great service to match), this is it. Already thinking about when I can go back.

Already planning our next visit
Pros:

It’s hard to pinpoint just one thing, we loved our room , the veranda, the lighting, the pool area, the food, we didn’t interact with staff so much the pool guy serving was super nice though, valet was nice front desk was okay.

Cons:

The stairs were a bit difficult for me but I would climb them again because I enjoyed the place so much! I loved the temp of the pool my granddaughter said it was bath water and not refreshing, but again it’s the hottest time of the year I think all pool water is warm now lol

Outstanding Stay & Exceptional Event Experience at Hotel Valley Ho
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful stay! The rooms were beautiful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We hosted our corporate event here, and everything ran seamlessly from start to finish.

The location is perfect, the ambiance is amazing, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, and the level of service exceeded our expectations.

A special thank you to Caress, Cheyenne, Rachel, and the entire team for all of your hard work and dedication. You truly made our event a success.

Hotel Valley Ho is definitely a Scottsdale gem, and I highly recommend it for both business events and personal getaways. We can't wait to come back!

Another wonderful stay at this boutique hotel! Every visit has been consistently excellent. Fabulous Stay
Pros:

This beautiful hotel has Alot going for it! Not only is the history of the hotel fabulous, but the spaces are well updated to fit modern needs. My husband and I found our suite to be very comfortable and perfectly located near the quiet pool. It was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. We look forward to going back!
