Disappointing stay due to poor maintenance, unreliable Wi-Fi, and inadequate service.

The location was convenient and the check-in process was easy.

Cons:

The air conditioning in our room did not work for several days, making it very difficult to sleep in the heat. The Wi-Fi was extremely weak and only worked properly near the room door. Housekeeping was also disappointing, as the bathroom soap ran out and was not replaced after the room was cleaned. Overall, the facilities and service did not match the expectations set by the hotel’s reviews and description.

Cons:

During the Check in I asked two times for Breakfast and didn't get an answer. In the end we took Breakfast outside the Hotel.
If I have to pay for a dog 20 € a night, I would expect at least a dog bowl in the room.

Das Eingangsbereich sind hoch modern aus, wenn man aber in die Zimmer kommt als Doppelbett man erwartet eine Doppelbett und nicht ein Einzelbett zusammen nebeneinander gestellt und wenn man schläft man rutscht rein,

Cons:

Ich frag mich wenn jetzt Hochsommer ist wir wollen die gehst du überhaupt schlafen ich hab nur eine Lüftung schalten können im Zimmer kein Klima gar nix.

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Mir hat besonders der Early Check-In um 13:15 Uhr gefallen. Ebenso der Late Check-Out um 12 Uhr. Zudem fande ich sehr gut, dass das Frühstück bis 11 Uhr angeboten wurde.

Cons:

Die Möbel wirken etwas altmodisch und leider kein einziges Zimmer mit Balkon

Hotel idóneo en el centro de Karlsruhe

Desayuno fantástico, habitación enorme. Personal de recepción muy amable. Restaurante anexo muy bueno.
