Great hotel overall, but parking is expensive
Pros:

First of all the hotel's location is excellent. It is in a safe neighborhood and only 15-20 mins drive to Santa Monica, Playa Vista, Beverly Hills and the airport. The whole hotel was clearly well maintained. Every single staff member we met was so nice and friendly. Our room was really nice and spacious, and everything was super clean. Housekeeping staff did an amazing job, every time they cleaned, the room looked incredibly tidy, and they really went above and beyond with every little detail. We stayed as a family and there was a crib available which our baby liked sleeping in. It was a very comfortable stay overall.

Cons:

Parking at $30 per day adds up quickly and would be nice if it were included in the room rate. Check-in was also a bit stressful, as the receptionist couldn’t find our reservation under my last name. It turned out the system had merged my middle and last names from Booking.com. It would be great if this could be looked into so that other guests don't experience the same issue we did.
