I have been around many countries and hotels but this is one of the most disappointing stays as a Marriot member 1)Rooms were old and overpriced with rusted corners . 2)Bathroom was terrible and noisy .
3) car parking was totally overpriced $70 a night .
5) hotel middle of no where
6) staff were friendly except for a rude receptionist ( saif)
7)rooms was small
8) view not as promised with a wall blocking half of the view .

Second bad stay, and a broken promise on compensation
Pros:

I've stayed at this Marriott often for work and this was actually my second bad experience at the property. When I raised it, the on site team offered 20,000 Bonvoy points as compensation, confirmed in writing via chat. I appreciated that and figured it was a sign of good customer service, so I was ready to give the property another shot. I have two more work nights coming up there.

Instead of the 20,000 points, only 5 were credited to my account. I've followed up and haven't gotten a resolution. Disappointing, especially after a clear commitment was made in writing and then not honored.

Pros:

Loction is just ok, breakfast is very limited in verity and not that good. it really disappointing .

Cons:

wifi is very poor in rooms, its very unstable and week signal.
