Pros:

Reasonably priced suite with microwave and refrigerator and a safe seemed to be recently remodeled. The pool and mature grounds are very pretty and the full hot breakfast with custom omelettes was pretty great!

Cons:

Probably time for some new elevators and my door lock malfunctioned and I couldn’t get back in my room until maintenance came.

Not having aircontioning for a 700$ room…
Pros:

The staff was really nice

Cons:

When I check in the air conditioning didn’t work for until 12 am so it took about 9-10 hours for our room air to work. They gave us a fan but unfortunately I paid 700$ plus for a place that had no air-conditioning for half of my stay.

Nice but tricky
Pros:

Nice place

Cons:

don’t go there for business purposes as the hotel will refuse to deliver a receipt at the end of your stay while directing you to booking.com for that, and vice versa, cycling down for weeks. A nightmare to get reimbursed

10/10 Recommend for Everyone
Pros:

I loved this complex. It had everything you would want and need. The breakfast was 10/10 as well as the staff. It was quiet and plenty of ground space in the courtyard to walk around and relax.

We love to stay at Embasy suites. We have been a Hilton member since 2012.
Pros:

Very clean and well kept.
Interior trees and foliage gave the feeling of being in a tropical paradise.

Cons:

Drunk young men in hot tub yelling
Which was outside our door.
