Ein sehr schönes Hotel, absolut tolle Bar und eine unschlagbar gute Lage! Leider etwas laut auf der Straße.
Pros:

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und die Lage sind einfach super. Das Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen! Das absolute Highlight ist aber die Bar. Eine tolle Getränkekarte, tolle Cocktails 🍸 und jede Menge andere Getränke. Der Barkeeper ist unglaublich sympathisch, auch bei größter Hektik ist er immer freundlich und er hat immer ein nettes Wort für seine Gäste übrig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Bei unserem letzten Besuch waren die Straßen an und in der Nähe des Hotels in fester Hand von Posern. Das ging den ganzen Tag so, Autokorsos mit aufheulenden Motoren nahmen dann je mehr es auf den Abend zuging unerträgliche Ausmaße an und das Posen dauerte Minimum bis drei Uhr nachts. Da das Renaissance Hotel durchaus zu den hochpreisigen Hotels zählt, waren wir sehr unglücklich über diesen Lärm und hoffen, dass die Hotelführung für dieses Problem eine Lösung findet.

Würde ich wieder buchen
Pros:

Sehr schönes großes Zimmer mit Sitzecke und Schreibtisch. Duschzeug, Bodylotion usw. vorhanden. Kaffee und Tee ebenfalls. Super zentrale Lage mitten in Hamburg. Jungfernstieg und Gänsemarkt direkt um die Ecke. Nette Bar. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer ging direkt auf den Parkplatz. Es war aber zum Glück ruhig.

Sehr komfortabel und zentral, aber ruhig!
Pros:

Bei Ankunft Hoteleingang geöffnet und Rezeption hilfsbereit besetzt: ich bekam schon um 12:00 mein Zimmer! Alles sehr bequem und edel - man kann ruhig schlafen, obwohl mitten in der Stadt!

Cons:

Achtung: bei Ankunft ist eine Kaution zu zahlen! Hatte ich noch nie erleben müssen, habe ich allerdings auch anstandslos zurückbekommen

Rent men inte värt kostnaden.

Läget är bra. Välstädat och bra att det finns ett gym.

Cons:

För att vara ett fem-stjärnigt hotell var servicen undermålig. Kaffet som finns på rummet räcker till en (liten) kopp per person och dygn, om man behöver mer får man köpa det själv. Frukosten var slamrig och begränsat utbud. Väldigt lyhört ut till korridoren från rummet. Trots att rummet var betalt på förhand behövdes en deposition på 3000 kr. Extrasängen gnisslade så mycket att vi vaknade så fort vår son rörde sig. Fjädringen stack upp och kändes tydligt genom madrassen. Det var slut på tvål i duschen.
