Super Hotel in einer top Lage
Pros:

Sensationelle Lage im Zentrum, Hotel sauber und Personal freundlich

Cons:

Zimmer im 5ten Stock mittig unbedingt meiden. Liegen direkt unterhalb des Fitness Studios im 6ten Stock. Lärmbelastung durch Laufbänder sind absolut grenzwertig und eigentlich bei dem Preis eine Zumutung.

Cons:

Wir hatten zwei gleiche Zimmer zum gleichen Preis gebucht. Da eine Person erkrankt war, wurde das zweite Zimmer nur mit einer Person belegt. Dieses Zimmer war viel kleiner als das andere, obwohl der gleiche Preis. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass für das erste Zimmer ein Upgrade erfolgt sei. Das stimmt natürlich nicht. Wenn es ein Update gegeben hätte, wären wir beim Einchecken vom Receptionist darüber informiert worden und nicht erst bei der Zimmerreklamation. Es hat vielmehr für das zweite Zimmer ein Downgrade gegeben, denn der Receptionist hat lange nach einem Zimmer gesucht, nachdem er von der Einperson Belegung erfahren hat.

Am zweiten Tag kam Wasser aus der Klimaanlage . Das kann passieren, aber der versprochener Techniken, der nach fünf Minuten kommen sollte, war auch nach einer halben Stunde nicht da. Unser Ersatz Zimmer war dann von schlechterer Qualität als das ursprüngliche.
Zusammengefasst können wir nur sagen, nie wieder dieses Hotel.
