I got over charged for staying at this hotel.
Pros:

The only good thing about this hotel was it wasn’t far from the interstate and it’s next to a Casey’s

Cons:

I have many pictures of stuff broken in our room. The cleanliness was horrible, every elevator had some liquid on the floor that the staff never cleaned up, the elevators don’t have the label for last inspection date or any thing needed for code. Our room is supposed to be smoke free and it was not.

Location and room type. Needed 3 queen beds.

Cons:

There was no ice. Had to go to the bar to get it. 1 of the 2 AC units wasn't working and no one ever responded to requests to fix it so the bedroom area was hot.

Dirty, had cockroach in our bed. There was a PILE of poop right by the elevator on 4th floor. Someone put up a yellow sign over it saying wet floor instead of cleaning it up. Hallways smelt like pot.

It was incredibly dirty and the elevators stunk of marijuana. It wasn’t a safe place for my young family to stay. The shower was dirty and there was hair in the beds and fridge. The batteries were out of the smoke alarms too.

Pros:

We liked the location and the view from our room.

Cons:

It wasnt very clean there were stains all over the chairs and under the mattress and sheets. Stains in carpet along with small bits of trash in the shower and our room door was broken so you had to slam it shut in order for it to close.

It seem like in our first room nothing seem to work the jacuzzi light wouldn’t turn on we were having issues with the tv there was roaches all over the counter so we ending up changing to a different room that seem like that wasn’t getting any better light bulbs weren’t burned out hardly anything was working never coming here ever again elevators were extremely small, smelled like smoke in the whole building

It was a good location and my kids loved the pool!

Cons:

The rooms and building were very run down. Faucet was broken in our bathroom, paint peeling off the walls, the room was not very clean. The bathrooms next to the pool were gross and dirty. The breakfast was not restocked regularly and didn’t have enough options.

Completely Unacceptable Stay – Dirty and Neglected Property
Pros:

This was one of the most disappointing/ disgusting hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. Upon arrival, we were given three different rooms that were all completely unclean—unmade beds, leftover trash, and extremely unacceptable filthy conditions. After multiple moves, the fourth room was still far below standard.
The room we ended up in had a deteriorating tub with peeling paint, dirty floors, and vents filled with dust and hair. The walls were poorly maintained and patched holes everywhere, there was a strong smoke odor throughout all the floors we visited, dead plants up front not well-kept parking lot making the environment feel unsanitary and uncomfortable.
Two people in our group chose not to stay at all due to the conditions, and another found hair in both the bed and tub. Basic cleanliness standards were clearly not met.
Customer service only added to the frustration—we were sent back and forth between the front desk and an 800 number with no clear resolution, wasting hours of time. I am not sure how this hotel passes inspections nor does the website and pictures even come close to what you are getting. 100% worst hotel I have ever seen.
