Cons:

In Colorado I would never stay where the homeless stay. I should have been given a choice random people coming up to me was not good. There were people trying to break in the car next to us.

Convenience to freeway. Easy check in.

Cons:

There was night construction going on nearby from 8pm to 4am. Very noisy and difficult to sleep. Comfort Inn had no control over that though. Hoping it is temporary.

DISGUSTING AND NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!

I liked that it was close to the Zoo

Cons:

Everything. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The bathroom was dirty. The carpet was stained. The bedsheet was ripped. The curtians were stained. The walls were dirty. The people staying in the room above us fought and screamed and stomped all night long and thier dogs kept howling the whole time. I called the front desk TWICE and complained. It wasnt until I threated to call the police did they say will check out whats going on. The pool was freezing. You cant understand the attendants and they look down thier noses at you. The scrambled eggs were burnt and looked rotten/green. The yogurt tasted rotten. The food was just poor. There is no effort being put in for the comfort of guests. They dont care. Its not worth the $500 that I paid for the Queen Suite. It was disgusting and I wish I could get a refund. NEVER staying there again!

I like the breakfast

Cons:

Didn't like the smell very bad(Weed) once you go up to ur room was in floor 5 when I went to floor 4 for ice still smells(Weed) to ur room under the beds were dirty lots of hair on floor and tub,so sad outside view looks so pretty but once you go in🤦‍♀️

Nice staff, but no from me.

Staff is friendly during check in.

Cons:

Doesn't look like the photos. Carpet felt dirty. There was cockroaches. Woke up at 4 am. Saw 3 and I checked my stuff as I packed up and left.

Not happy with the stay at all

The waffles were the only thing worth eating

The room ac didnt work, a fan was brought in to replace the ac I guess. the TV didnt work asked to have it fixed, it was never fixed. the room was dirty, dead bugs in the drawers, dirty towels in the bathroom
