It was a good location and my kids loved the pool!

This place is filthy and gross. Rooms smell like cigarette and there was no hot water. The “breakfast” looked bad and built around filth. Keep driving

This was one of the most disappointing/ disgusting hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. Upon arrival, we were given three different rooms that were all completely unclean—unmade beds, leftover trash, and extremely unacceptable filthy conditions. After multiple moves, the fourth room was still far below standard.
The room we ended up in had a deteriorating tub with peeling paint, dirty floors, and vents filled with dust and hair. The walls were poorly maintained and patched holes everywhere, there was a strong smoke odor throughout all the floors we visited, dead plants up front not well-kept parking lot making the environment feel unsanitary and uncomfortable.
Two people in our group chose not to stay at all due to the conditions, and another found hair in both the bed and tub. Basic cleanliness standards were clearly not met.
Customer service only added to the frustration—we were sent back and forth between the front desk and an 800 number with no clear resolution, wasting hours of time. I am not sure how this hotel passes inspections nor does the website and pictures even come close to what you are getting. 100% worst hotel I have ever seen.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The hotel felt dirty and poorly maintained, with worn furnishings, dated décor, and a general sense of neglect throughout the property. The atmosphere was gloomy and uninviting, making it difficult to feel comfortable or relaxed.
It’s clear that this hotel is in need of a major renovation. The rooms and common areas show significant signs of age and wear, and cleanliness did not meet expectations. While the staff may have been courteous, the condition of the property overshadowed any positives.
I would not stay here again unless substantial updates and improvements are made.

This hotel was extremely disappointing due to its lack of cleanliness and maintenance. Our room was dirty upon arrival, with numerous unidentified stains and spots covering the walls. The most concerning issue was a large sticky area on the carpet, which made me uncomfortable placing any of our belongings on the floor. The AC unit fell out of the wall in the middle of the night, and we had to prop it up using a stool. There is a large crack in the window, which is taped with packaging tape.
The room's door lock was also broken, creating a security concern during our stay. Throughout the hotel, there was a persistent musty odor, and trash cans were frequently overflowing.
The breakfast area was another major issue. It was not properly cleaned or maintained during service, with food scattered across the counters and spills left unattended on the floor. Overall, the hotel's cleanliness and upkeep fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.

Desperately needs to be updated and refreshed. Broken items in room include toilet seat and curtains need some help. they don't work. Reeks of curry. Water on floor by elevator on 2nd floor- maybe ice machine leaking? A q-tip and a dead bug under the sink. Paint and walls need to be addressed not just covered up. Slept in my clothes and bolted at 4:30 am. I used to use Comfort Suites many times on road trips and trusted in the room and service. Sadly, when the property is shabby, guest will disrespect it as well

My husband, daughter and myself tried this hotel for the first time. The king suite was spacious, clean, and quiet despite the hotel being very busy.

This place is a total dump. They are using AI generated photos and NOT what you get. Everything about this place is a god forbid. The elevators: filthy. The stairwells: Filthy. The furniture: filthy. No hot water in the sink. We were never going to even get into the shower: nasty. We didn't have a number for our room--we guessed. How do sheets make sparks? What do sheets need to be made of that every time you move, sparks? Maybe that's your kink, but it is nasty. You will have to navigate half a dozen smokers to get into the front door. Furniture, room, bed: smoke. Water damage in the ceiling. Thermostat: non-operable. Freezing at "73" degrees. Why did we stay? We arrived late, slept in our clothes, left the minute we had enough sleep to drive another 8 hours. But honestly, sleeping in your car at a rest area would have been 100 times better than this. Keep driving. This place, even the parking lot, is disgusting. We did not expect the Four Seasons from a Comfort Inn. We did expect a clean, basic room. Nope. Not even close. On top of that, completely and totally non-responsive ownership from this location. I can't say enough bad things about this place.
