Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel.
Pros:

There was nothing enjoyable about the property.

Cons:

The hotel was dirty and made my family uncomfortable. The staff was not helpful. Management has refused to return calls regarding a refund when we immediately left the room after walking in to discover there was no functioning lock on the door to the adjoining room. Corporate refused to assist with the issue as well.

Just keep driving
Pros:

The room layout with the 2 queens on one side of the room and the king in the other with the 2 bathrooms.

Cons:

The cockroaches, domestic violence and empty booze bottles in the parking lot and the fact that I paid too much for this experience.

Close to interstate

Cons:

Room needs updated bathroom was gross. No hot water for shower. Half my family couldn’t clean up in morning. Pretty sure there was prostitution going on outside

Do not stay here.
Pros:

This location is terrible. The hotel was in disrepair, filthy and smelled. The room smelled of smoke and mildew, there was black mold in the bathroom and the stool wouldn’t flush properly. We did not stay the night due to health and safety concerns. This location should not be a Choice brand hotel.

Horrible hotel, disgusting service. Dirty and filthy hotel, everything broken inside room. Bed broken as well.
Pros:

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The customer service was poor, and the staff was neither helpful nor responsive to our concerns. The room was not well maintained, with a broken bed, a bathroom door that didn’t work properly, and a room phone that was out of service. The walls were peeling, making the room look old and neglected. The overall atmosphere also felt uncomfortable because of suspicious people hanging around the property. For the price we paid, I expected a much better experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements to their service, maintenance, and guest safety.

Pros:

All the ice machines were down. Had to go to the front desk for ice. Pool was not maintained. Rowdy kids in the pool. Every Monday the bar and restaurant is closed. Stains on the carpet and furniture. Doors were all off balanced or broken and wouldn't open or shut easily. Housekeeping was great. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was wonderful and quaint.

No ice
Pros:

The shower took like 10 minutes to get hot. Idk if everyone was showering at the same time and made the water heater tun out, but it took forever. The ice machine didn’t work.

I got over charged for staying at this hotel.
Pros:

The only good thing about this hotel was it wasn’t far from the interstate and it’s next to a Casey’s

Cons:

I have many pictures of stuff broken in our room. The cleanliness was horrible, every elevator had some liquid on the floor that the staff never cleaned up, the elevators don’t have the label for last inspection date or any thing needed for code. Our room is supposed to be smoke free and it was not.
