Très joli excellent emplacement
Pros:

En plein centre ville. Excellent accueil de la part de Marlène. Très belle vue de notre chambre sur le canal. Décoration exceptionnelle

Beautiful place in a beautiful old city.
Pros:

Excellent location and super friendly and helpful staff. The antique furnishings in the bedroom and throughout the hotel were beautifully done and created the boutique atmosphere we were looking for . The honor bar in the evening was a nice touch and the pool and spa area were beautiful.

Cons:

the walk to the train station is long if you are trying to take heavy suitcases. It is all cobblestones and rough one at that. Take a cab and you have no problem.

Cet hôtel plaira énormément au amateurs de meubles anciens et de romantisme
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, au calme et en face d'un canal. Très proche du centre, des boutiques et curiosités touristiques. Le personnel est professionnel et très aimable. Le petit déjeuner est très satisfaisant même si une partie de la salle est un peu sombre. Il n'est pas possible de déjeuner à l'extérieur. Il y a une petite piscine que nous n'avons pas utilisée. Le plus apprécié est que les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés.

Cons:

Le mobilier d'époque n'est pas vraiment ce que nous recherchons, d'autant que cela grève inutilement le prix des chambres. Certains amateurs de romantisme apprécierons très certainement. Nous préférons un mobilier plus fonctionnel, question de goût et de budget.

An excellent experience and great location, I’ll stay there next time

We just enjoyed the whole experience , from the smell when you enter and the decor , the bed and the extra rest room with the honesty box and drinks with a piano , the room is as great as, swimming pool and sauna, breakfast excellent, any staff we met very very pleasant and helpful

L’hotel vale già solo di per sé un viaggio a Bruges. Posizione, arredamento e servizi eccellenti. La vista dalla finestra da cartolina. Fiabesca senza bisogno fi filtri. Perdonale gentilissimo. Pulizia tranquillità e confort al massimo.
