A cute Boutique hotel with great location. Rooms are 3-Star, not 4-star.

Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Unterkunft, sehr zu empfehlen!

Hotel in sehr guter Lage, mit sehr freundlichen Angestellten und einer sehr außergewöhnlichen Ausstattung und liebevoll gestalteten Räumlichkeiten.
Schwimmbad und Sauna haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.

This property is a very special place and I hope to visit again soon!!!
Pros:

Loved the feel of the place, the staff and the location! The pool room was heated although the pool was a bit chilly but lovely addition to the stay! Also the piano was nicely tuned!!! Lionel was a gracious host for breakfast and treated our birthday celebration with such care!

Cons:

The honor bar was too easy to use! What a bonus and convenience!!!

Sehr gute Lage, nahe Zentrum 3-5min zu Fuss, Hotel lag in leiser Straße ohne Durchgangsverkehr.
Schöner Salon mit Getränkeangebot zumVerweilen oder für eine Reisegruppe.

Cons:

Sitzflächen im Salon könnten ein Update festerer Federung vertragen.

Excellent stay overall in a beautiful, characterful hotel with a superb central location on the canal. The staff were consistently warm and professional, and Mareka at the front desk was especially delightful and welcoming. Breakfast was very good, and the hotel has a great sense of charm and old-world atmosphere.

Cons:

Our room was spotless, though there were a couple of minor maintenance issues, notably with the curtains on both windows. I also found that, during breakfast on Sunday, the use of part of the breakfast room for a lively birthday event detracted from the calm atmosphere one hopes for in a hotel of this kind.

The amazing staff, super clean, beautiful location and dog friendly. From Mariske at reception who helped with the booking plus Lionel who made our breakfast experience so memorable to the kind gentleman at checkout who helped us navigate our way out … our stay was so memorable because of all who worked there!

Beautiful room in a beautiful old building
Pros:

This hotel is in a brilliant location right in the centre of old Bruges. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Small thing, but the air conditioning blew on us when we were in bed which was annoying so we had to turn it off which then made the room too hot.
