Great views, good people and pleasant stay!
Pros:

Super warm and welcoming crew, specially Grace at the welcome reception. She helped with logistics, places around, cabs and pretty much everything. My family had a pleasant stay and we would certainly visit again. Thank you for your warm hospitality🙏🏻🙏🏻

Great value at a top quality hotel in a superb location.
Pros:

Superb location with amazing riverside views (higher floors)
Exceptional evening buffet with huge choices, quality and presentation.
Yacht Club Siam down by the river very welcoming and attentive.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
Good sized rooms.

Our Favorite Hotel in Thailand
Pros:

Everything, location, view, Breakfast, and the smile and hospitality of the Staff.

Cons:

The Staff are wonderful, professional organized and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay, great location, tasty Breakfast with ao much variety American/ Continental and Thai Breakfast variety.

Great value for money, my first stay with a Marriot hotel and def a long term customer. We loved everything about this hotel, and the view of our room facing IconSiam and the River will be forever memorable.

Great location!
Pros:

The location is fantastic - a beautiful view! Two pools with different vibes, good breakfast selection and easy access to river boats and skytrain. Free shuttle boat to Icon Siam etc.

Cons:

We liked everything, but do not expect rooms to be luxurious. They are fine, comfortable beds etc and the view is amazing, but perhaps a bit old.

La situation Riverside en face d’Iconsiam

Cons:

La chambre un peu vieillotte (moquette au sol , parquet bois serait mieux) et le fait de ne pas avoir de balcon et de ne donc pas pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres , ce qui est normal sans balcon au 15 eme étage

Pros:

Great to have two pools, lots of restaurant options, and staff were great. River views for every room is lovely.

Cons:

Pools were very warm, hard to cool down in the hot month of April. Poolside drinks were very expensive, even accounting for premium hotel markup, kind of ruins the fun. Pool grout & sealing kind of falling apart, and tiles quite dirty around the pool. Pool stuff matters in this weather!
