Pros:

Close to Chiba JR station. Clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the public bath and the night ochazuke service.

お得感がありとてもよかったです。
Pros:

朝食がおいしかった。ホテルの朝食でマグロの刺身はなかなか食べられない。
大浴場、サウナはとてもよかった。さっぱりした。

迷った点を除けば満足
Pros:

きめ細かなところまで行き届いていた。例えば、アクセサリー入れがあるなど、スタッフの意見を募集しているのだと思います。
駅からの道順が分からず、結局タクシーに乗ったらすぐでした。
大浴場も良かったです。

Excellent Accommodation, Well Located
Pros:

Our room was very spacious and clean and was ready as soon as we arrived. The staff were warm and welcoming and amenities provided very good. The other aspect was the great location - only a seven-minute walk to the Chiba Station allowing access easily. There is also a great selection of places to eat to suit all budgets and tastes (the Italian around the corner to the left is next level good!).

Would highly recommend.

Cons:

We had some "disco" noise on the Saturday night so would request a quieter room next time. However this was not a deal breaker.
