Microwave started sparking when it wasn't being used. I was told to unplug it and put it in the hall! Really, do it yourself. It is not my fault

We had a nice stay
Pros:

Went on bus trip and this was pick up drop off location

Cons:

No elevator , we had heavy luggage, thankfully the front desk did take up our luggage for us

Cheap as chips but you get what you pay for!

Cheap. Swimming pool was a decent size!

Cons:

There was a picket line at the entrance on our first arrival and we were challenged on entering and leaving repeatedly that day. being foreign we had no idea why and it was intimidating and irritating having a random person jump in front of the car and demand we explain who we were!
Rooms were a good size but unable to provide adjoining room which was frustrating and meant adults had to split to be in each room with kids.
No lift and long corridors so lugging international suitcases was a challenge but they did offer assistance.
Breakfast was disappointing and finished too early so we were rushed, tea and coffee not good! only went the once.
