Inside was amazing outside location wise not so much
Pros:

The staff was amazing, they were able to help me in so many ways, my mom dropped me off on a special event night and staff was able to lower the parking rate (which would have been $40) since she was here for less than an hour just helping me carry my bag in. They were able to accommodate my late checkout due to an exam. Just amazing staff!

Cons:

Not that you can really help the external environment however walking outside felt very dangerous especially as a young solo female, I felt like i wasn’t able to go outside at all. Even standing right outside the hotel waiting for my ride for less than 5 minutes felt dangerous

Pros:

TDスタジアムでのコンサートへ行くために予約しました。TDスタジアム周辺はすごく治安がいいわけではないので、とても近い位置のこちらのホテルを予約しました。入り口でセキュリティスタッフが常におり、安心しました。子連れでしたがすぐにコンサート終了後、すぐに帰宅できて安心しました。部屋は清潔で、景色もよかったです。ホテル直結のショッピングセンターにはアジアンフードや総菜がたくさん売っているスーパーもあり、食べ物に困りませんでした。

Cons:

地下駐車場が広いのですが、案内通りに進むと、回遊できるようになっていない部分があり、行き止まりでバックでのUターンが必要となりましたが、後ろからも数台車が来ており、大変な思いをしました。

Great stay travelling from USA. Highly recommended hotel.

The hotel should do something about the carpet it’s disgusting and the homeless people outside is not good

Unfortunately location and all the homeless people right in front of the doors . Front desk people could have been a little more pleasant. when you get out of the elevator to go to your room, the carpeting in the hallways smells really really, really bad.. come on do better!

Sur votre site vous avez dit le Déjeuner sera gratuit et le faite d'avancer pour le paiement, on me dira que le Déjeuner est payant.Aussi un grand hotel ,ne prévoit pas de parking gratuit pour les clients.
La 1er chambre que j'avais reserver devait avoir deux let's,un king et un moyen. Arriver sur place,il y avait que un lit.
