he only positive aspects of the hotel were that the room was relatively spacious and that parking was available, although it came at an additional cost.

Cons:

From the moment we checked in, we encountered staff who were unfriendly and unsmiling, and unfortunately the experience was no better at check-out.

The only person who was genuinely pleasant was the valet attendant. However, that's also where we ran into an unpleasant surprise that should have been disclosed in advance. We discovered that the valet fee is higher for larger vehicles, so we ended up paying over $70 instead of the $55 that was indicated when we made the reservation.

To make matters worse, we found a pair of used underwear left in the bathroom. Although the staff apologized sincerely and promptly came to remove it and clean the bathroom, the only compensation we received was a few extra clean towels and several bottles of water.

Under staffed on 4th of July

Easy check in. Friendly front desk workers.
Convenient location. Clean.

Cons:

Did not like the staff at the bar. After fireworks my wife and I want a burger and a beer. Staff never approached us. After belly up at the bar for 20 minutes and being ignored we decided on room service.
Placing order for room service was easy until I was told I had to go back to the bar to get our order(for room service?) Was told it would be 35 minutes.
I went back down to the bar and stood for another 20 minutes before asking rudely what I wanted to order. I told her I placed a room service order. She rolled her eyes and told me it would be another hour(she did not even check to see if the order was up).
I told the rude staff member never mind.
I went to front desk and told them I was not to be charged for my order. I also told them I was not happy with the "room service".
After returning to our room the supervisor called and said my order was actually ready and she brought it to our room.
Shame on management for not staffing properly to a sold out hotel on the 4th of July....
