Under staffed on 4th of July
Pros:

Easy check in. Friendly front desk workers.
Convenient location. Clean.

Cons:

Did not like the staff at the bar. After fireworks my wife and I want a burger and a beer. Staff never approached us. After belly up at the bar for 20 minutes and being ignored we decided on room service.
Placing order for room service was easy until I was told I had to go back to the bar to get our order(for room service?) Was told it would be 35 minutes.
I went back down to the bar and stood for another 20 minutes before asking rudely what I wanted to order. I told her I placed a room service order. She rolled her eyes and told me it would be another hour(she did not even check to see if the order was up).
I told the rude staff member never mind.
I went to front desk and told them I was not to be charged for my order. I also told them I was not happy with the "room service".
After returning to our room the supervisor called and said my order was actually ready and she brought it to our room.
Shame on management for not staffing properly to a sold out hotel on the 4th of July....

Wlan-Service ineistent - zwei Tage war es nicht möglich, sich in das WLAN des Hotels einzuloggen (evtl. LAge des Zimmers?)

Lacks a bit of the value for money aspect. Could do with more variety on the bufet breakfast table.
Pros:

Location is very good and walking distance from some nice historical sites and scenes

Breakfast was a let down and overall stay is expensive for what it offers

It took 3 reminders.to get the blinds in our room fixed. The gym is huge, but with very little equipment.

Perfect Location
Pros:

This facility is the best location for US historical sites. Easily within walking distance. We had a great vacation. I recommend you sign up for the M Club. Simple snacks .morning and evening.

Cons:

On two occasions the valet staff messed up. Nothing fatal, UT inconvenient.

Great place ! Excellent location if you want to explore history. Also quick walk to Penns Landing.
Pros:

Staff are lovely and helpful. Very clean. Showed World Cup in the Lobby and small lounge areas. Pricy because of the World Cup. Will stay again !
