The Westin NOLA made this trip worthwhile!
Pros:

It was convenient to everything! We had plenty of food options, coffee shops, shopping, quick uber rides to main locations, etc. The staff was so friendly and the hotel is very well maintained!

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like.

We actually ended up here last minute since our original hotel did not live up to expectation. I’ll stay at Westin again

It was an overnight stay to bring in my birthday and it was definitely worth it. Classy, Clean and Comfortable.
Pros:

The location was close to the French Quarter yet tucked away on the backside where we could see the riverboats (ughhh but in line with the railroad so although on the 27th floor it could be heard). The facility was very clean and the main floor was elegant.

I did like the two separate elevators, one to bring you to the reception floor and a separate elevator to take you up to your specific room floor and you you must use your room key to activate the elevator, added safety. I liked that!

Cons:

There was no directions as you entered to let patrons know that the reception/check in desk is located on the 11th Floor. There should be something posted as you enter.

Seems like it’s time for some elevator maintenance. They wobble badly as you take the elevator up to your room. It can be unnerving to say the least. Elevators shouldn’t shake, it should be a smooth ride.

There was only one bath towel in the room. In this day and time especially in the humid summer there should be at least 4 towel sets to a room, too much to go back down to request more.

Pros:

Location very good, beds confy, plenty of room within the hotel and mall to walk around. Movie theater upstairs several paces theater inside the mall. And plenty places to go and see all within walking distance

Cons:

Parking! If your staying at the hotel as a guest, you should not have to pay 40$ a day to park your vehicle in basic parking this is absurd!
Breakfast way to expensive and the service at breakfast time was not very good. Better walking in mall and getting something to eat before your day starts.
