The customer service at the front desk was absolutely exceptional and truly made our stay.

The hotel is currently undergoing construction, so some of the amenities and overall experience are understandably limited. The breakfast and dinner offerings were a bit of a letdown and could definitely use improvement; however, the room service was exceptional.

What really stood out was the incredible front desk staff. Where the hotel may currently be lacking due to construction, they more than made up for it with impeccable customer service. They were welcoming, attentive, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about our experience.

Great customer service can completely change how you feel about a stay, and in this case, it absolutely did. The staff made it easy to overlook the inconveniences of the construction, and they deserve recognition for going above and beyond.

Despite the ongoing renovations during my visit, I would still rate my stay a 10/10. The majority of the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and informative, though a couple of team members could have been more engaged. The bartender was lovely and hardworking; she seemed a bit overwhelmed at times, but through no fault of her own as she was clearly navigating the challenges of the remodel. I thoroughly enjoyed my newly renovated king room. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and perfectly complemented by a beautiful water view!

I love the westin in Tampa. I always stay here with my travels to Tampa. Great spot, great rooms.

I requested my vehicle through the provided QR code at approximately 8:45 PM and ended up waiting nearly an hour for my car.

After submitting the request, I still had to wait in line to pay for valet service. Even after paying, I continued waiting while multiple guests who came after me received their vehicles. Eventually, I had to approach the valet staff myself to ask about my car, and it appeared that my ticket was not even being tracked properly. Only after I said something was my vehicle retrieved.

I was told the valet was understaffed, and I understand that staffing issues happen. However, waiting nearly an hour for a paid valet service, especially after following the provided process, is unacceptable. If staffing levels cannot support the number of vehicles being accepted, the service needs to be adjusted accordingly.

After being on my feet all day, spending nearly another hour standing and waiting for my vehicle was incredibly frustrating and a disappointing end to my experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the location. Convenientally located within walking distrance of the Convention Center for business but also for so many unique restaunts.

The hotel was immaculetly clean and the scent was so nice when you first walked in but was captured in the hallways and the room. The beds were so comfortable and the view was unbeatable.

The housekeeping team went over and beyond to ensure our stay was good and I just simply cannot say enough good things about them and the team working the valet.

My entire experience will have me recommending this property to colleagues, friends and family.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very quiet and housekeeping staff were very thorough.

The hotel is in a great location, which made it very convenient for getting around and enjoying the area. The elevators were a bit slow. Even more frustrating, there was no option to use the stairs for regular access—the stairs were restricted to emergencies only. This made getting to and from the room unnecessarily inconvenient. The hotel is also under renovation and the pool is in a weird area.

Matt was our valet and was super friendly and helpful.

Great mid stay and I’m sure the rest will be equally as well. Valet creates the experience, warm, engaging verified arrival and departure, explained the service. Warm greeti no from Kay at the front desk, shared my preferred room type was not available yet, but she had two doubles and offered that and it was perfect! She explained renovations so we knew ahead of time, and F&B credit each day. The Westin has a wonderful unique scent that lets you know you’ve arrived. I’m here for a conference and the hotel a few steps away. Already looking forward to returning

The Westin is always a top notch location. The pillows were so soft and comfortable. The lobby smelled so good. The room was cleaned daily and it was an overall great stay.

We resided at the Westin and was treated like pure royalty from arrival until our departure. Right away we knew we were in excellent hands simply by the awesome greeting from the Valet Staff! We were greeted and blown away by the valet staff, Jonathan and Tristan, who truly earned the name "Dynamic Duo!" They operated in tandem with amazing professionalism, efficiency, precision, and trustworthiness👏👏! They should be emulated... but could NEVER be duplicated!

Shout out Anneliese for going above and beyond to make sure our daughter felt extra special on her birthday trip. From the sweet treats placed in our rooms to the hand written card wishing her a Happy Birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Your kindness doesnt go unnoticed and we are so appreciative of you!! Thank you so much from our family to you!
