Westin Tampa Downtown Waterside

Location is amazing. The views and ability to walk to the trolley and nearby restaurants make this a great place to go.

Good location, but the hotel is dated and in need of a major renovation. Carpets and common areas are noticeably worn.

Service was disappointing: check-in was slow, my room key didn’t work, and I had to return to reception to be assigned a different room. As a Platinum Bonvoy member, there was no recognition or benefits offered.

There were also children playing unsupervised in the gym with no staff intervention. Overall, not a great experience and below expectations.

First let me say that your Employees by the name Roberto and Branden saved the day. With their kindness and very professional demeanor made my stay worth while. While I was disappointed with the last minute email of the construction that will be going on, both of your front desk Roberto and Brandon made sure I wasn't in the line of fire of the constant noise level. They are truly worth noting and changing a bad situation to being good. I wish the construction was done before the summer vacation months. Thanks again guys for your professionalism and being courteous.

The location is top notch! So much to do in the area. You can just walk outside and enjoy multiple restaurants, a river walk and scenic views. The rooms are spacious and they were so clean. The staff really takes care of everything.

Recently had a 3 night stay, great location! Quick uber ride from the airport, walking distance to many bars and restaurants! Hotel and rooms were very clean! Also were able to enjoy the pool area

Hotel is fantastic, rooms are great and the location can’t be beat.

Nick, Lucas and Jonathan at the valet were absolutely amazing. They always checked in with how my day was going made sure to be super professional and kind. They made my trip away from home so much better by checking in on me every day and we even had some great conversations about hockey since my son is a hockey player. They always opened my door for my car and helped with any bags and anything else I needed even when I first got to the hotel and Nick personally walked me up to the desk helping with my bags to get me checked in.A group of wonderful employees that are the first people you see when dropping off your car for the hotel.

The location and facilities were great. You have several choices for places to eat along with the restaurant in the hotel. Plenty of options within walking distance or a short drive.

We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel offers great amenities, and the location provided easy access to many local activities and attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return in the future.

Great Service by the staff and very nice rooms with a view of the bay. Location is the best to access restaurants and activities. Very short walk to the Aquarium.

Property was conveniently located in downtown Tampa. Valet team, front desk and all staff were polite helpful and engaging. Would certainly stay again,
