Wir werden nicht mehr wiederkommen. Kurz: Nie wieder und nicht empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, Variantenvielfalt, Service zuvorkommend, Frühstück war rundherum okay.
Der Nachtportier am 19.07.2026 morgens um 6:00 Uhr war sehr zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Personal der Bar sowie die Bar haben uns gefallen.

Cons:

Der unfreundliche Mitarbeiter am Empfang am 17.07.2026, die nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage, die Größe des Zimmers, die in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung des Hotels, insbesondere die alten Teppiche in den Fluren.
Die in Booking genannte Bewertung als "sehr gut" können wir nicht nachvollziehen.
Fazit: Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis mangelhaft. Der Allgemeinzustand des Hotels ist den Mitarbeitern aber bekannt.

Un hôtel magnifique et très bien situé, un service excellent, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
Pros:

La situation centrale. Tout se visite à pied depuis l’hôtel.
La beauté de l’hôtel qui est un vrai palais.
La quiétude au cœur de la cité.
L’excellent service, et notamment l’aide pour le parking.

Pros:

Le personnel est exceptionnel.
Très arrangeant, gentil, des petits mots en français pour nous faire plaisir.
Vraiment c’était très appréciable ! :)
Et le petit déjeuner est bon.
L’emplacement est aussi exceptionnel.
Nous sommes venus voir jean michel jarre mais repartons en ayant adoré la ville !

Great location for a long weekend
Pros:

Location is perfect. Easy to get in and see everything and some good bars just around the corner

Cons:

Doesn't have A/C but that's OK.
Couldn't find the stairs to level -1 and seemed ridiculous to take the lift from 1 to -1.

They also need a decent LONG bread knife.

Very old, very poor quality, mattresses were old and springy, pillows weee old and uncomfortable, a/c barely worked and it was +40 C outside! Paint was old and dirty on the walls, carpet was horrible dirty! And we payed 300€ a night!! First they have offered us room that was soo poor and it wasn’t displayed in booking even- small dirty room with dirt everywhere- on walls from water leakage, dirt on the walls and we booked 2 rooms for us and the kids! Horrible experience! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to stay there!!

Für den Preis habe ich mehr erwartet, ich bin wirklich enttäuscht.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war wirklich überragend, im Vergleich zum italienischen Frühstück

Cons:

Die Zimmer haben einen unangenehmen Geruch gehabt, sowohl von der alten Klimaanlage als auch vom Teppichbelag. Es hat nach Schweißfüßen gerochen.
Das Waschbecken hatte einen riesigen Sprung und die Duschtüre war aus der Führung und konnte nicht geschlossen werden.
