Pros:

Room was great, clean, comfortable and the room we had was quiet. The staff was exceptional. Hotel common areas were really nice and again staff was great. Location was perfect and a lot of things are within a easy walking distance.

Sin duda la ubicación. Es perfecta para visitar chicago 4 o 5 días como nosotros. Tienen servicio de café a primera hora y té a media tarde, es un buen detalle.

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema con la limpieza de la habitación. No nos hicieron la habitación y es un espacio sin posibilidad de ventilación ni nada y las formas no fueron las correctas por parte del personal. Creo que un hotel de esta categoría y por el precio que pagas no puedes tratar así a un cliente.

I definitely will not be back to this hotel, very disappointed in the service for such a high-end hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, very elegant and nicely decorated.

Cons:

I had stayed 5 days and only received housekeeping one day!!!!! Valet service was terrible. I waited an hour for my car at one point! All the staff did every time I complained was give excuses that housekeeping had a virus. That’s why they couldn’t clean our room, valet was short-staffed, excuse after excuse after excuse. I’m sorry if I’m paying 300+ dollars a night for a room I expect to have my room cleaned every day. I was using hand towels to wash my face. Extremely disappointed, such a beautiful hotel with horrible service!

This was my third stay at this hotel in the last year.
Pros:

Love the location. The rooms are comfortable. Bed pillows and linens are good quality. Plenty of towels available.

Cons:

Returned to my room one afternoon and it had not been serviced. I made sure to remove the dnd door hanger before leaving in the morning. Otherwise, all was well.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Hospitality
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay during my recent business trip! From the moment I arrived, every member of the hotel staff was personable, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Whether I passed someone in the hallway, checked in at the front desk, or dined in the restaurant, I was always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. That level of hospitality really made the stay memorable.

The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. After long days of meetings, it was the perfect place to unwind, and I honestly had some of the best sleep I've had while traveling for work.

The restaurant was another highlight. The food was excellent, and I especially appreciated the variety of healthy options available. In the evenings, we also enjoyed relaxing with a cocktail at the hotel bar, which was a great way to wrap up the day. The drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere was inviting.

Overall, it was an outstanding experience. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business or leisure.
