Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful . The location can’t be beat , we walked to almost every tour and location. Transportation and restaurants were easy to get to.

Cons:

The room was very dated and the bathroom was tiny. Walls are paper thin , we could hear the guest in the room next to us sneeze ! Heavy doors being closed late at night and early morning woke us . Very comfortable beds though.

Pros:

The valet who handled the luggage while we were out after check out, was very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

Staff was always confused by questions. Can I get coffee with milk? Confusion. Can I get a bottle of wine to take up to my room? Asked at bar. Sent to front desk. Asked at front desk. Sent back to bar. Wrong wine given. No coffee machine or clock in room.

Necesita renovar las habitaciones y una gestión eficiente.
Pros:

La ubicación y el lobby, que era la mejor estancia del hotel.

Cons:

Las habitaciones muy descuidadas con muebles, paredes y enchufes mal estado.
No nos limpiaron ningún día la habitación porque tenían el hotel lleno y no les daba tiempo. No nos cobraron unas tasas por ello, aunque yo insistí todos los días que no quería descuentos, que necesitaba que limpiaran nuestra habitación.

Noisy place, friendly staff
Pros:

The staff is terrific. Really everybody we spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly. From the people at the reception that welcomed us, the duty manager at night to the barman. Next level.

Cons:

Rooms are small but, more importantly, far too noisy for a four star hotel. We moved to a different room after the first night. Had the same problem the next night. Don’t go to this place if you want peace and quiet. We could literally hear what the woman in the room next to us was saying.

Better hotels out there, not a 4 star

Location, bed and bedding, towels, hand soap

Cons:

Front desk staff so rude, did not make you feel welcome at all, the super tiny bathroom was a hige disappointment since I upgraded our room and the toilet ran
, breakfast service was slow for not being busy and also rude, reservation.said breakfast for 2 included but it was not fully I owed each day and Sunday it was closed, resort fee daily for nothing extra it is not a resort at all, lack of communication on what is offered and included I had to ask to get any information, staff really pressured and made you uncomfortable about tipping all the time, no.view at all, not a smart TV (guide didn't even work)

This hotel was not worth the price, the room was not up to the mark, but the location is good.
Pros:

Location was great. We had easy access to trains and the riverwalk within walking distance from the hotel.

Cons:

The room was not as advertised. For a 4-start hotel, the Deluxe King room was small, dark with really old rickety furniture. Wifi was really bad, and TV was old, and without an option to cast it was useless.
The gym is small room, with really low ceilings

Da'jah is the best!!!!
Pros:

Da'jah is the best thing since sliced bread. Working with her was easier than riding a bike. She was helpful and kind. Kim was delightful. Deonte was very kind and professional. Fully recommend for future stays.
