Close to theatre….been here before and liked it…except they used to have champagne happy hour :)

Pros:

Comfortable and beautiful Art and fireplace in the Allegro cafe which is directly connected to lobby. This hotel is amazing…very fancy.

Dated room, leaky a/c, helpful staff
Pros:

The staff was helpful and courteous. They helped us find our misplaced Iphone.

Cons:

The room was dated due to chipped paint on several pieces of furniture and a musty smell. The carpet between the a/c and the bed was wet so each time I got in or out of bed my feet got wet. That was rather unpleasant but it was too late in the evening to request a change.

Pros:

Nice room, friendly people at the front desk.

Cons:

The bathroom was very outdated, there was no breakfast included. In the morning tea was served, but only until 10. Drinks were very expensive in relation to other locations where I stayed.

Pros:

Staff was so helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, it was walking distant to subway lines and main attractions. The room was clean and cozy. On the smaller side but it was nice. The check in and check out was simple, and understanding if u need to leave ur luggage before or after checking in. They will hold it for u until ur flight or transit. I also liked that they would text any updates or answer any questions via text.

Cons:

The restaurant, bar or coffee services time. I realized after I arrived at the hotel that the restaurant is closed during the weekend. It is not always available and kinda seemed unfair to pay resort fee when I cant enjoy what it was charging me for.

Amazing stay
Pros:

Great location!! In walking distance to a lot. The bartender Raphael was amazing , all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely plan on staying here again.
