Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel an bester Lage. Es stimmt jedes Detail, vom kostenlosen Trinkwasser beim Pool, zu den angebotenen Schwimmwesten für Kinder, bis zu den tollen Details auf dem Zimmer für die Kinder. Auch die kostenlose Geburtstagstorte für unseren Sohn fanden wir super. Die Essenbestellung beim Pool via App hat auch toll funktioniert und haben wir gerne genutzt.

Cons:

Leider war die Ankunft nicht sehr angenehm, obwohl wir die Ankunkunftszeit Monate vorher bekannt gegeben haben, war ein frühes Check-in leider nicht möglich. Wir mussten nach 15 Stunden Reisen, 4 Stunden in der Lobby mit zwei Kleinkinder auf unser Zimmer warten, bis wir dann doch noch um 11.30 Uhr (statt 15.00 Uhr) ein anderes Zimmer beziehen durften. Wir wissen dass Check-in um 15.00 Uhr üblich ist und uns hier schon entgegen gekommen wurde, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Wir wünschten uns hier eine flexiblere Lösung zwischen „eine zusätzliche ganze Nacht bezahlen“ und „warten bis 15.00 Uhr“. Wie zum Beispiel eine einmalige Pauschalgebühr für das Pre-Check-in.
Wir werden deshalb das Shangri-la, obwohl ansonsten perfekt, für zukünftige Urlaube mit früher Ankunftszeit nicht mehr buchen.
Ein weiterer Minus-Punkt war, dass man für den Kids Room „Buds“ extra bezahlen musste (SGD 45.- pro Kind), dies kennen wir aus anderen erstklassigen Familienhotels anders. Zumindest ein Besuch pro Aufenthalt sollte kostenlos angeboten werden.

Pros:

広くて立派なお部屋でした。日本語を話せるスタッフさんがとても親切に対応してくれました。

Cons:

ラウンジフロアに泊まったが、子供がいたのでラウンジに入れず、朝食も下のレストランしか使えなかった。ラウンジの必要がなかったと思う。

Very enjoyable with nice facilities
Pros:

Good location close to the Exec lounge. Room was very tight. Breakfast room had a good choice but it's like a cattle market & difficult to find specific foods

Cons:

The ground floor breakfast room is badly organised as mentioned above. The swimming pool is so loud & noisy with young children. Wouldn't be more appropriate to allow them in at specific times late in the afternoon. Also the gym equipment is very old.
