Beautiful stay at a beautiful hotel
Pros:

Everything was superb! Staff couldn’t do more for you. The room was perfect for us in size. It was incredibly clean and all facilities were 10/10!

Cons:

Long queue for breakfast at peak times but they had opened an additional breakfast restaurant.
When we checked in at 3pm, our room wasn’t ready which was frustrating but they gave us some compensation

A lovely hotel right next to orchard road
Pros:

I liked the pool area and the gorgeous greenery around the property. My son loved the splash pad!

Cons:

My room was quite old and I had to ask the maintenance to fix three separate issues throughout my stay. The queue for breakfast was also far too long.

Pros:

Kids pool Splash was great for the kids.

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing. Western food below average. Stale bread, runny yoghurts in giant pots, poor selection of fruit, not filled quick enough so a lot of empty plates/pots. No decent pancakes pastries or waffles.

Relaxing, comfortable, beautifully furnished modern rooms.
Pros:

The Room size was simply fantastic. But not just the size; the very well-designed layout allowed easy movement and storage around the room. I was in the Tower Wing where the rooms are more modern but NOT the stark simplicity/bareness that categorises some newer hotels that are as expensive. Furnished to an excellent standard. Things like the glass fronted wardrobes stand out. The substantial desk in the window alcove was also fantastic spot to work from.

Cons:

Not that they could/can really do anything about it - but there were rather a lot of kids around the pool - almost all the time. Now I realise that comes with it being a family hotel - but nonetheless, given the hotel's fantastic location away from the centre - a calmer more chilled pool area, would have made it perfect.... perhaps an adult only pool somewhere down the bottom of the gardens? There's space : ) !
