Everything
Beautiful room, ample space of room, everything worked. Great location in Coconut Grove. Rooftop pool with excellent views of the town. Nice bar upstairs at the pool. They had beautiful plants and lovely foliage made for a great experience.
Price was too high. Food was just okay. The plants needed more water as some looked like they were starting to wilt.
Amazing hotel the best valet team specially Carlos
This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and feels like a real tropical getaway without really getting away! My now fiance used this location to set up the most perfect surprise proposal a surprise engagement photoshoot - with help from the staff! The rooms were so beautiful, and they went above and beyond by sending complimentary champagne up to our upgraded room, all as a congratulatory gesture to our engagement. 10/10 and most definitely will be staying there again soon! Amazing service by such a great team. Huge thank you to: Kenya, David, Emily P., Emily R., FD, Fabricio, Aaron, Ariana and Gregory.

My friend and I had a lovely time at the Mayfair House Miami. The hotel is beautiful with all the architectural elements around. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. Located near many restaurant options, small local parks and water views. Cannot wait to return on my next trip to Miami.
Good valet parking!
The hotel is in serious need of renovation and did not meet expectations at all. The room was very dark, decorated in an odd orange tone, and had extremely poor lighting throughout. The balcony faced directly onto a brick wall, offering absolutely no view or natural atmosphere.
Basic comforts were also missing — there was no proper coffee machine, no iron, and the shower had very low water pressure. In addition, the shower lacked a proper door, which meant water ended up everywhere in the bathroom.
Unfortunately, this is not a hotel I would recommend to anyone looking for comfort or a pleasant stay.

Salía poquísima agua
En el lavabo era un chorrito de agua escaso y en la ducha lo mismo
A las 6 de la tarde todavía no habían arreglado la habitación
La limpieza regular
Donde estaban las bebidas , no lo limpiaron ni un solo día
Nos quedamos sin papel higiénico
Tardaron 3 horas en reponerlo
El desayuno horrible
No había Buffet, y siempre el mismo menú, que por cierto era malísimo

Si querías algo mejor y tenias que comprar suplemento
Y el precio de la habitación exagerado por las pocas prestaciones que tenía
Poquísima luz en la habitación y el suelo roto y manchado.

The rooms are insanely loud. You can hear everything happening in the rooms on either side of you and in the halls. The shower was lukewarm, at best. It’s a cool boutique vibe but I would never stay here again.
