Quarto enorme c um varandão. Super confortável, cama excelente. A localização é muitooo boa, maravilhosa. Os funcionários muito educados e prestativos.

The architecture of the place is amazing. However, the restoration was not that great.
It is clean, but the maids are awful and the receptionists are nice. The mezzanine restaurant is great with open spaces and plenty of light. The food and service are just okay.
The noise level is probably the worst part for me, too high.
The room takes you back to the '70s, but the restoration ruined the '70s vibe. Too bad.
The location of the hotel in Coconut Grove is great. I like it.

Patricia was very calm friendly and served with a smile. Specially with the kids

Cleanliness in rooms

I love this hotel. It’s charming. I love the decor has all the right Miami vibes. The staff is really friendly. We had a hostess at the grill that was super sweet and accommodating. Her name was Patricia. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The staff here is amazing, Fabricio and Patricia are awesome, Super helpful and very kind. Would definitely recommend and go again

I grew up going to the Mayfair, but I wanted to see it now. I only just stopped in to take a peak. I can say that now it’s one of the most beautiful buildings in all of Miami’s history, and the restaurant shows it off best. I wasn’t going to stay, but Patricia the hostess was so charming and helpful, I ended up staying for dinner after talking with her. It was really the staff that made it a certainty for me that I may be a regular as a solo patron weekly, not just saving this gorgeous place for large groups. Toni my waitress also took care of me so well inside the stunning atrium of Mayfair. As an original Grove-ite, and can say that with this staff and space, and menu, Mayfair cafe is unmissable.

We stayed at the Mayfair and went up to the rooftop pool. Patricia, the pool area staffmember, was extremely friendly and accommodating. Made us feel very welcome!

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. A 5 star hotel. Will stay again.
