Mayfair House Hotel & Garden

I stayed at the Mayfair for two nights during my time in a wedding party that took place at the hotel. The amenities were stellar and service from the staff, especially Ozzy, went far beyond my expectations. The hotel is pristine and in a prime location for restaurants, attractions, and easy transportation.

I have never had a better experience checking into a hotel before. There was no wait, no pressure, and Ozzy was extremely helpful and kind.

Will stay again.

Mayfair is truly a spectacular hotel — elegant, impeccably maintained, and full of thoughtful touches that make you feel pampered from the moment you arrive. What made the stay even better was the outstanding service from Carlos, the valet. He was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive every single time, making arrivals and departures completely seamless.

Between the beautiful property and staff like Carlos who genuinely go the extra mile, this is a hotel I’d recommend without hesitation. I’ll definitely be back!

I had an excellent experience with the valet service, especially thanks to Miguel. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and very attentive. He handled my car with care and made the entire process quick and easy. What stood out the most was his positive attitude and the way he made sure everything was taken care of without making me feel rushed. Great customer service can really make a difference, and Miguel definitely delivered. He is a great representation of the kind of service every guest hopes to receive. Thank you, Miguel, for making my experience so pleasant. I will definitely be looking forward to seeing him again on my next visit!

Stunning historic hotel with a truly unique Miami vibe. Staff are always lovely and in particular this time Ozzy helped us in an efficient and friendly manner. For picturesque hotels in Miami, Mayfair is at the top. Our room also had a balcony shower this time that was a fun way to cool off from the Miami summer heat.

The best experience EVER! We were diverted when our flight was canceled and it was the best part of our trip. Fantastic staff, David was incredible, and the atmosphere and rooms were perfection. Every room was like a mini jungle cave with a fantastic bathroom, super comfortable bed and luxurious sheets. I cannot wait to come back!

Ozzy was amazing. After a long day of travel he was super accommodating and welcoming. The hotel needs to copy and paste him around the property. Will be coming back because of ozzy.

We were disappointed. We stayed at the hotel before and had a good memory of it but this time we found to be lacking in maintenance and good service. It feels like management is doing a poor job. Our air conditioned was not working and we had to make two or three calls before they got fixed, the first time they came they just adjusted the thermostat like if we did not know how to do it. So we had to call back and request that it be checked. On top of that the beds were not properly made the towel hanger was lose and felt the room is very poorly lighted the goods like coffee and water was not daily replaced and we had to call to get it there was no sweetener like Splenda or Equal only raw sugar. Also the common areas of the hotel show the lack of maintenance at the pool area you could see the ripped fabric in the furniture. This hotel has very nice infrastructure but lacks management. On the good side I meed to say that the courtesy and great service of the valet worker Miguel and the attention to our complaint of the general manager Aaron was outstanding. We would really like to see the hotel back to the 4 or 5 stars standards.

Amazing time at this hotel with my children and friends. Nice rooftop bar and pool, good drinks and service. We all enjoyed very much. The staff were super helpful and polite at all times. Special thanks to Ozzy at reception for his kindness and help. 🙌🏼🙏

Ozzy at check-in was absolutely amazing. He instantly understood what I needed, found the perfect room for me in minutes, and was one of the friendliest people I’ve encountered at a hotel. He made the whole arrival effortless and set such a warm tone for the stay. Thank you, Ozzy!

The check in process was seamless, the room was almost out rivaled by the hallways and corridor and loved the outdoor shower. Valet team was super helpful as well
