10/10 stay at the Mayfair
Pros:

I stayed at the Mayfair for two nights during my time in a wedding party that took place at the hotel. The amenities were stellar and service from the staff, especially Ozzy, went far beyond my expectations. The hotel is pristine and in a prime location for restaurants, attractions, and easy transportation.

Room was outdated, dirty, hiding how outdated and dirty it was behind dark lighting, and plants. The staff asked us how our stay was after we canceled the other 2 nights and when we told them it was bad, they never cared to ask why or find out more about our experience.

A spectacular stay at Mayfair
Pros:

Mayfair is truly a spectacular hotel — elegant, impeccably maintained, and full of thoughtful touches that make you feel pampered from the moment you arrive. What made the stay even better was the outstanding service from Carlos, the valet. He was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive every single time, making arrivals and departures completely seamless.

Between the beautiful property and staff like Carlos who genuinely go the extra mile, this is a hotel I’d recommend without hesitation. I’ll definitely be back!

He handled my car with care and made the entire process quick and easy.
