Room smelled funny
Big road to cross to get to beach
Personal muy amable. Josué, del parking, muy amable y simpático.Excelente ubicación. Lindas y cómodas instalaciones. Espacio de descanso lindo, cómodo y con una vista excepcional a la playa. Nuestra habitación amplia, cómodas camas y baño. En nuestro caso con terraza en primer piso, que aprovechamos para desayunar al sol y vista al mar.
Que no tenga desayuno y que el ingreso a la piscina sea desde la calle.

El desayuno incluido realmente lo que es son 25$ por persona, que si comes normal te llega. Cuando hicimos el check out nos cobraban más de lo que habíamos pagado inicialmente en booking y no había hecho más gastos de los pagados. Nos habían cobrado el desayuno aunque estaba incluido. Tuvimos que hablar con el recepcionista para que lo solucionara e intentó hacernos ver que estaba bien pero al final me di cuenta dónde estaba el error en la factura.
Comfort in the room, bed, pillows, cleanliness, surroundings, relaxed atmosphere… The walk to the centre is very beautiful by the water… everything I expected were good. I would come back.
There is no end to improving the service quality, everyone has been trying their best, there could be more convenience items ie- nail polish to buy.

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Mar Monte Hotel. Everyone we interacted with—Rob and Danielle at the front desk, the valet team and the restaurant staff—was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service.
We loved the afternoon lemonade and cookies, the cozy lobby area with fire pits, and the hotel’s great location with easy beach access across the street. The combination of warm hospitality and a perfect Santa Barbara location made for a wonderful family vacation. We look forward to returning!

Convenient location for beach and restaurants. The newly renovated Costa restaurant is comfortable and the food is good.
