Important information:

The hotel cannot guarantee that rooms will be available before 14:00 for check-in. Late check-out will be subject to additional charges.

Kindly note that check-in for the apartments is from 15:00 onward. Please note that when booking 5 rooms or more , a prepayment is required .

The credit card holder should be present at the time of check-in. If a third person is paying then they will need to fill a Third Party Credit Card form prior to their arrival.

Check-in may not be possible if this is not done and no refunds will be issued.

All guests must be over the age of 18 to check-in. For all under 18, they should be accompanied either by a guardian or parent.

The hotel can not reserve specific room numbers in advance or guarantee that rooms will be allocated on a specific floor. A security deposit of at least GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. This cannot be paid with cash. The property keep lost property for 2 weeks. After this time the items are disposed of. Guests found to have smoked in the property will face a penalty of up to GBP 250.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Great location and very reasonably priced for a short London stay. Felt far enough away from the busy Central areas, but a fantastic spot that is in Zone 1. We had a standard double which was clean, bright and thankfully had great AC during a UK heatwave and perfectly sized for 2 adults.

Londra seyahatimizde bize adeta kendi evimizin huzurunu ve konforunu yaşatan muhteşem bir otel! Özellikle bebekli bir aile olarak bizim için temizlik ve sunulan destek çok önemliydi; odaların temizliği kelimenin tam anlamıyla kusursuzdu. Resepsiyondaki Pratipha Hanım başta olmak üzere tüm çalışanlar harikaydı ve her konuda bize çok yardımcı oldular. Bebeğimizin biberonlarının yıkanması gibi hassas bir konuda resepsiyondan destek istediğimizde, hiç ikiletmeden ve hızla kendileri ilgilenerek bizi çok mutlu ettiler.
Otelin konumu ise tek kelimeyle harika, bence Londra'nın en güzel yerinde bulunuyor. Hyde Park’ın hemen girişinde yer alıyor. Park çok büyük bir alan olduğu ve birçok girişi bulunduğu için, bu otelin konumu parkın en güzel ve en keyifli noktasına doğrudan ulaşmanızı sağlıyor. Konum avantajı açısından kesinlikle en iyisi diyebilirim.
Ailemle birlikte her anından çok memnun kaldığımız, kalbimizi bıraktığımız bir konaklama oldu. Bir sonraki Londra seyahatimizde de adresimiz hiç şüphesiz yine burası olacak. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz!

Pros:

The location is great! Near Hyde Park which we loved to go for walks around. Love bike riding in the park. Did not have the breakfast so can't comment. Very warm and house keeping everyday.

They kindly changed my room according to my health condition. The staff was helpful and understanding.

Cons:

The fitness room opening hours were not convenient. Most guests prefer to exercise early in the morning or late in the evening after visiting the city. The current schedule was not suitable for people who want to continue their regular workout routine during their stay.
