Important information:

The hotel cannot guarantee that rooms will be available before 14:00 for check-in. Late check-out will be subject to additional charges.

Kindly note that check-in for the apartments is from 15:00 onward. Please note that when booking 5 rooms or more , a prepayment is required .

The credit card holder should be present at the time of check-in. If a third person is paying then they will need to fill a Third Party Credit Card form prior to their arrival.

Check-in may not be possible if this is not done and no refunds will be issued.

All guests must be over the age of 18 to check-in. For all under 18, they should be accompanied either by a guardian or parent.

The hotel can not reserve specific room numbers in advance or guarantee that rooms will be allocated on a specific floor. A security deposit of at least GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. This cannot be paid with cash. The property keep lost property for 2 weeks. After this time the items are disposed of. Guests found to have smoked in the property will face a penalty of up to GBP 250.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Amazing stay, would definitely recommend.
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating and the property was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with amazing halal options.

Only problem for me was the night lights are ment to be on both sides of bed. I sleep on left and like to read and no night light but was on the right of the bed 😌

Súper limpio, habitaciones muy agradables, camas cómodas, aire acondicionado, buen desayuno y persona muy eficiente

Cons:

La moqueta debería ser cambiada cuanto antes, está muy gastada. El aire acondicionado no permitía poner más de 22°, por lo que resultaba algo frío

Hotel in posizione strategica. Ad un passo da Hyde Park e servitissima da mezzi pubblici. Zona tranquilla e con varie e numerose opzioni per la cena.
Albergo pulito, camera non grandissima ma con piacevole terrazzo con tavolino e sedie.
Buona e varia la colazione.
Staff gentilissimo e disponibile.
Assolutamente da consigliare.

Sehr gute Lage in London und gut erreichbar mit Öffis (Bus und U-Bahn). Großer Park direkt vor dem Hotel. Ruhig gelegen, kein Verkehr. Relativ gutes Frühstück und angenehmes Zimmer (Größe und Ausstattung).

Cons:

Leider nur eine Decke zum Zudecken für 2 Personen.

Pros:

The location is the reason we came back to this hotel. Absolutely lovely being so close to Hyde park and Kensington gardens. Walkable to Paddington, Marble arch and Notting Hill. The room could have been a little more cleaner. Otherwise conveniently it has luggage storage and complimentary drinks in the lobby which we appreciated while waiting for the check in.

Excellent
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The room was clean, it had everything we needed, and the location is great, with a lot of connections close by. This is the hotel I’d like to stay in when I’m in London again in the future.
