The hotel cannot guarantee that rooms will be available before 14:00 for check-in. Late check-out will be subject to additional charges.
Kindly note that check-in for the apartments is from 15:00 onward. Please note that when booking 5 rooms or more , a prepayment is required .
The credit card holder should be present at the time of check-in. If a third person is paying then they will need to fill a Third Party Credit Card form prior to their arrival.
Check-in may not be possible if this is not done and no refunds will be issued.
All guests must be over the age of 18 to check-in. For all under 18, they should be accompanied either by a guardian or parent.
The hotel can not reserve specific room numbers in advance or guarantee that rooms will be allocated on a specific floor. A security deposit of at least GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. This cannot be paid with cash. The property keep lost property for 2 weeks. After this time the items are disposed of. Guests found to have smoked in the property will face a penalty of up to GBP 250.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Nice hotel good location only 5 min walk from Lancaster Gate Station. And 3 min or so to hyde park entrance . Staff were lovely and helpful. Great aircon which was ao needed in the heat .
Upon arrival we were told we were upgraded to a triple room ? Not needed but ok . Was down in the basement so could hear a lot of noise from trams . Shower absolutely tiny and I couldn't even bend in there to pick up shampoo. Shower didn't drain either so had to keep turning it off to leave it drain leaving me standing in shower washing hair with no water. Anyway rang reception and they sent someone immediately and when we complained about the noise promptly moved up to top floor room with just double bed and way bigger bathroom so all good . My advice dont take the triple room .

The perfect hotel for our mother-daughter trip. The hotel was in an excellent location, and it was a convenient base for exploring all parts of London.
The hotel was very beautiful, clean, and the staff were extremely friendly.
We stayed in the Prince Albert Suite, and it was nice; the room was cleaned every day, and we had a great time overall.
The room was very quiet.
The accommodation was definitely worth the money and really surprised us in a positive way.

really lovely area close to the tube, room was perfect and aircon was an even better touch. Got in contact for complimentary services for a birthday and they arranged for balloons to be put into the room which was a nice touch too.
bathroom was a tight squeeze but we managed
The cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Location is very good. Near to restaurants. Good breakfast selection. Impeccable service from Yoko. All staff were attentive.
Room is a bit small. It would be nicer if the door is not so heavy as it causes them to shut with a loud noise.

حجزت شقة من غرفتين .. وضعوني في ملحق أرضي رغم انهم لم يذكروا ذلك في الحجز وكان معي ست حقائب ( 3 منها كبيرة ) ولم يساعدوني في إنزالها
الغرفة الأولى مساحتها جيدة وبها تكييف ولكن
الغرفة الثانية بالكاد تتسع لشخص يقف فيها وبدون تكييف فيها. وبحسب الحجز أنها بسريرين منفصلين ولكن كانت سرير واحد يتسع لشخص ونصف !!
وهناك حشرات بالإضافة إلى الروائح والخدمة غير جيدة
Small but very comfortable, quiet room with excellent air conditioning. Short walk to the Underground. Breakfast is very nice. Staff members are very helpful. The hotel is in a very quiet square. Commercial streets and restaurants are a short walk away.
