The rooms. We had two rooms during our stay because the first room was handicapped accessible, (didn't like the shower set up). After moving to our new room, it was apparent it needs complete remodeling. The curtains were literally moth-eaten. The lobby, lounges, bar area, and restaurant are first rate, we were impressed, and the staff was great. But the rooms....
Highly disappointed with my stay at the Sheraton Denver West Hotel. My room had several maintenance issues, including spiders in the shower, a leaking showerhead that dripped constantly, a burned-out light, and a non-working iron. These issues made it clear the room had not been properly maintained.
To make matters worse, the hotel’s resolution was to offer loyalty points instead of a partial refund or discount for a room that was not fully functional. I expected much better from a Sheraton and hope the hotel improves both its room maintenance and customer service. I would definitely reconsider if you are planning to stay here.

They charged me multiple times for a room and applied additional charges not made by me to my card. They now won’t answer the phone to handle my issue.

Everyone & everything was great except for being misled about breakfast being included.
Saying "amenities include" & having breakfast listed under that was not what happened. We went down to breakfast & were informed that only people who paid full price for the room could get their breakfast included. Rooms paid for at a discount meant meant each person would need to pay $21.99/person to eat breakfast. Misleading advertising & welcome email re: the breakfast.
Beautiful from the moment you step into the building.
Easy to get to and easy to get around. Parking was a little annoying but nothing crazy.

Big rooms- I love the hallway entrance especially when sharing a room because the bathroom is small.
Lots of mirrors and gorgeous mountain views.
