Check-in is at 3pm, however the hotel will store any luggage for early arrivals. Should your room be available, you will be provided with keys immediately. To guarantee early arrival your room will need to be reserved from the night prior to arrival at the cost of one night’s accommodations. Please let the hotel know your expected time of arrival.

Check-out time is 12 noon, but the hotel are happy to extend your check out time (subject to availability.) Please let the hotel know your anticipated time of departure if possible. If the hotel is exceptionally busy they do reserve the right to charge a late check-out fee.

Extra beds are ONLY available in Junior and Executive Suites and not in any Standard rooms.

Please be aware that on arrival at the hotel a credit or debit card or cash deposit must be provided for a pre charge/ authorization for the accommodations and for any extras. As a standard hotel policy, upon arrival an amount of £50.00 per night will be temporarily pre authorized on your card or taken as cash deposit towards any extras during your stay with us. Anything that is not used will be released from your card upon your departure from the Hotel.

Our Home In London - The Chesterfield Mayfair
Pros:

My wife and I just returned home from another fantastic week at the Chesterfield Mayfair. I can't think of anything that could be improved upon. Our Jr. Suite, with two full bathrooms, was amazing, breakfasts were wonderful and we loved the option of having a rooftop bar—a great addition. And finally, I would be remiss if I didn't sing the praises of the hotel's incredible staff. Every staff member we interacted with was helpful and friendly, and they couldn't do enough to make our stay as memorable as it was. They all deserve commendation for providing first rate service.

Exquisite, really
Pros:

Do not hesitate to book The Chesterfield. This gorgeous boutique hotel has an amazing location, STUNNING rooms, a gorgeous restaurant, rooftop bar, and the lobby bar and piano are fantastic. This was our second stay, the first being in 2014. The renovations since then are really remarkable. We stayed with our children in The African Suite, which was beautiful, a designer's dream. After being in sweltering Paris for 8 nights, all we wanted was a cozy, cool room. The AC was the best I've ever seen in a hotel ever. I kept having to turn up the temperature. Our walls were upholstered in a beautiful fabric and with the cold temperature, I slept like a baby. Don't miss drinks in the piano bar and walk to all the trendy Mayfair restaurants nearby. Impeccable service, can't wait to go back.

The Chesterfield is the One!
Pros:

Exceptional, really exceptinal service! Everything you may need but in a much cozier and more friendly way. In the very heart of London without the noise of Piccadilly or Oxford Circus. Wholeheartedlty reccommend!

Loved the Chesterfield
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chesterfield. As a family of 5, it was reassuring to be able to book a guaranteed connecting room suite. Before we arrived, the communication from the hotel was wonderful, and I really appreciated their care in making our welcome feel special. Upon arrival, the red awnings, flags, and uniformed doormen give the hotel a sophisticated feel. Check-in was easy and I was impressed I was recognized by name from our communications. The hotel is so beautiful, it feels old but in an elegant way. Our rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Daily housekeeping and nightly turndown service were fabulous. We walked to so many locations within a 25-minute radius and for anything further, the hotel is about 5 minutes from a tube station. It is in a very posh feeling neighborhood but not on the busiest streets so it didn't feel too busy. We ate at Butler's for one dinner and one breakfast and the food was all very good - it was nice to have the kids menu at dinner. We had drinks at Stanley's and at Sem's, and both are great. We were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Quintessential Boutique Hotel of Mayfair-London
Pros:

Modest class and Charm in Mayfair
It is by far quintessential hotel in the neighborhood. Service superb, ambience spectacular, and food incredible… Staff and service were AAA+++ from start to finish… Dinner (and Dover Sole) a must. And a stop in to the piano bar for the best salon piano player in town… Highly recommended and can’t wait to return for our next visit

The Chesterfield Mayfair - solo stay as a woman
Pros:

I am not usually one to write a review. However, I feel inclined to.

I pay the same amount of money as anybody else - as a woman too. I am highly educated in this country. I am a lawyer.

The manager himself had underlying racist tones to multiple comments he had made to me. I am not a stupid woman. I have no interest in being spoken to or looked down upon in the way he had done.
