Lovely hotel, great room and excellent location. Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The room was excellent, very comfortable with brilliant a/c which was very quiet but very effective during the hot weather. We had a first floor room with a view onto the church next door and the street, which was good. Bathroom very clean and with a good shower which was over the bath. The location is great, close to West End shops, theatres and tube/bus stops. We were visiting the Queen's clothes exhibition at Buckingham Palace, so easy to get to it from the hotel. We only used the bar area once and had a club sandwich which was big enough for two of us!

Cons:

A very small complaint, the TV in the room had a bad, washed-out picture and a poor signal meant it broke up quite a lot, but we didn't need to watch it much so no big problem.

Very pleasant indeed.
Pros:

The room is spacious for 2 person. The toilet is spacious and bright. Good water pressure too. Quite close to Tottenham Court Road Station (Elizabeth line that goes directly to Heathrow AirPort.

영국 여행을 더욱 기분좋게 만들어 준 호텔
Pros:

인터넷에 악플이 종종 보여서 걱정했었습니다. 하지만 실제로 방문해보니, 기대 이상이었습니다. 직원들이 너무 친절합니다. 방에는 추울정도로 에어컨이 잘 나옵니다. 간혹 문제가 생겨서 도움을 요청하면 바로바로 빠르게 해결해줍니다. 두 딸을 데리고 방문했는데, 하우스키퍼도 너무 친절해서 기분이 좋았습니다. 조식이 아주 단촐하지만, 맛있었습니다. 방은 기대 이상으로 넒고 쾌적했습니다.

Cons:

왜그런지 모르겠지만, 객실 복도에 중간문이 많습니다. 일부 중간 문은 아이가 열기 힘들정도로 뻑뻑했습니다. (겨울철 추위때문에 그런걸까요?)

Très bon hôtel, idéalement situé pour découvrir Londres. Un excellent choix avec un bon rapport qualité-prix.
Pros:

Belle chambre lumineuse et confortable, avec un espace suffisant. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation de l’hôtel, parfaite pour visiter Londres à pied ou en transports. L’hôtel a beaucoup de charme et le personnel a été agréable et serviable tout au long de notre séjour. Le rapport qualité-prix est satisfaisant pour Londres.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner offre un très large choix, mais nous l’avons trouvé assez peu goûteux. Quelques produits de meilleure qualité rendraient l’expérience plus agréable.
