مناسب للعوايل لان اكثره عوايل خليجيين وقريب للمعالم ومناسب للنوم والراحه

الموقع قريب لكل شيء تحتاجة
بلندن واشهر الشوارع
خدمة الحقائب والاحتفاظ بها وتنسيق رحلات المطار
كانت ممتازة

Cons:

بدون شطاف مع ان اغلبه خليجين - لايوجد نعال للحمام - طلبت تنظيف الغرفة يوم واحد ولم ينظفون - وقت الشيك اوت بدري 11

Pros:

The location is strategic. Very near to shopping stores and places you can visit.

Cons:

The airconditon of the room where I stayed on my first night was not working. Instead of moving me to another room, they’ve provided 2 electric fans. I was not able to sleep and rest properly on my first night, after my 7hour flight.

The second day, they moved me to a better room, aircondition was working properly. However, the room was not sound proofed. I was awaken in the middle of sleep hearing chats, shouting, stamping and wall tapping from the next room. I complained and took me 5 times to call the reception to deal with it. The following day, it was okay but the next day, the same thing happened.

Staff seemed not so very welcoming considering they’re in hospitality industry.

Overall, I only love the location of the hotel, but services and rooms, it was poor.
