Had better stays before !
Pros:

Perfect place .. friendly staff

Cons:

The AC was not working and the administration was too late to react .. I had to stay one night of the two nights booked without AC and sleep with an open window to guarantee ventilation.. could not sleep because of fear of insects (can not sleep with an open window)

The place was very clean, lovely staff, very well located.

Cons:

There is a menu in the room which states there is room service until 2am with selected items, they no longer do this and they havent changed the information within the room.

Cons:

Normal beds are ok but sofa beds are very unconfortable. Our kids dont sleep. Distance between rooms and elevators very long.

بعض طاقم الموظفين متعاونين جداً خاصة سيرينا من الاداره وعثمان من الكونسيرج

واجهنا مشكله مع الغرفه اول يوم التكييف عطلان
وماتم التجاوب من قبل موظفين الاستقبال بل كانوا يتلاعبون بالاسباب ( عذرهم ان الفندق فل ، ….) ولم يجدوا حلول الى ماطلبنا المدير في وقت متأخر من الليل وتم تغيير الغرفه
