Pros:

Great location. Check in handled very efficiently by Ben. We requested an upgrade he found us a nice room overlooking Oxford Street. Since our last stay which was a few years ago the windows have been upgraded and there was absolutely no outside noise. The air conditioning in the room was very good. Staff were very nice. Always greeted with a smile and very courteous service.Special mention to Ben on reception and Rishi in the bar.

Cons:

Would have liked a wider choice of gluten free options. There were only a couple of gf options on the bar menu I could have. I ordered the pizza which was delicious but would've liked to have a wider choice. Quite surprised a hotel of this calibre doesn't offer more gf. The coffee shop also didn't have have a gf selection. There are two guest luggage lifts, one of which was out of service. Leave plenty of time when leaving as it there can be a lengthy wait.

Cons:

Out of my 5 nights stay; 1- the ONLY toaster in breakfast restaurant was totally out of service for at least 3 days thus we had to eat cold breads! 2-one of lift was totally out of service causing chaos for at least 4 days. IS THIS HOTEL SHORT OF MONEY FOR A REPLACEMENT OR REPAIRS? 3- We used Executive room for 3 persons. My adult daughter could not tolerate uncomfortable sofa bed. We had to call reception on our first night at around 10pm to find alternative solution. I found out from their staff NO housekeeper works at this late. 4- Same breakfast menu everyday
