It was clean and adequate for my two daughters who spoke highly of the Deluxe Double room, The breakfast was excellent with many options.
The price!
Hotel in general was lovely and was in a great location. We would definitely stay again if we were in London. The reception staff were great and we were able to leave our suitcases there on the final day after we checked out until we collected them later on, thank you
Serving staff at breakfast were really slow. In particular the second morning, we were stood a while waiting for someone to come and seat us and then we had no offer of hot drinks throughout the entire of our breakfast

I loved everything about this hotel. I loved the staff the decor the ombeance..Id definitely stay here again. The surrounding roads were peaceful too. Lovely little cafes and bars around the corner.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and preferred the older, smaller version. Great location. The restaurant in ESQ was quite pleasant although the Indian sliders were room temperature and had to be properly prepared a second time.
Not enough attention to detail. Buffet breakfast eggs and bacon were cold on two days. Cleaning crew neglected to replace tissues one day and forgot to leave a roll of toilet paper another day. Most annoying was that I reported the lack of tissues to the a woman at the front desk before 5pm and they still hadn't been replaced when I returned after 11pm, despite her assurances.
