We had a wonderful visit and stay at the 100 Queensgate hotel. This hotel was beautiful, clean and the staff was exceptional. Very convenient location close to the south Kensington underground station. Anton and Syed took great care of us. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the London area. This hotel was also part of the American Express hotel collection so qualified for property credit and $300 hotel credit with the platinum card as well as complimentary breakfast.

Brought our coffee and cream to our table on immediate arrival to table. Saksham and team members were very professional and polite
Excellent service for afternoon tea. We were guests of the hotel and decided to have afternoon tea after sightseeing. The service was excellent, especially by Nimfa, who took care of us. The sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam and the sweets were delicious. I highly recommend the afternoon tea at 100 Queens Gate.
Our London stay and exploration
We arrived from our UK Cruise and had a very warm welcome from all of the staff. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The destination services including Syed were very helpful as we planned excursions and planning destination plans. From handling of luggage, room preparation, transportation needs it was all smooth and almost effortless! We would highly recommend 100 Queens Gate hotel! Bravo!!
Rosie at 100 Queensgate is truly exceptional and a real asset to the reception team. From the moment you arrive, she greets everyone with a warm, welcoming smile that immediately makes you feel valued. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her; she consistently goes above and beyond to help with any request, no matter how big or small. What stands out most is her remarkable ability to remember names, creating a personal and friendly experience every time. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for visitors make a lasting impression. Rosie’s outstanding customer service sets a wonderful standard for others to follow.
The location was perfect for our holiday. Right next to the natural history museum to see the dinosaurs. The dining rooms were beautiful and the service was great. Saksham took care of us during the breakfast, was so friendly (and makes a great macchiato).

We love 100 Queens Gate and have stayed here several times. Perfect location and neighborhood. Nimfa in the breakfast room took care of us each day and called us by name. Love you Nimfa and 100 Queens Gate!!
We had a wonderful breakfast experience at the hotel. The food was fresh, varied and beautifully presented, making for a great start to the day. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the entire team. Everyone was friendly, attentive and welcoming. A special thank you to Saksham, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well looked after. His professionalism, kindness and genuine hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable. It was a very central location
I didn’t like the room as it had no external windows. The staff were friendly but despite 4 interactions with one receptionist in particular, he still failed to recognize me the following day.
The staff were excellent..professional, helpful and friendly...especially Aditta and Nimfa in the restaurants. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. My room, 208, was very quiet. Be aware there was no microwave in my room.
