Pros:

Great location. Beautiful hotel.
Unfortunately our stay of 5 nights was mostly without a working air-conditioning (daily) - this made our stay very uncomfortable!! The staff attended to the problem but it could never be solved!! We were not offered another room and a proper technician was never called...🤨

We were comfortable, well taken care oof and will be happy to stay again!
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome! Staff lovely, especially Elke who personally took care of getting me a room with open shower because of my disability. She was such a wonderful help!
Bed was super comfortable, great mattress! Also, the best shower we have come across in decades!

Cons:

Can't actually think of anything.

It was lovely overall.
Pros:

Very central- lovely area. Very attentive staff

Cons:

Hallways are dark- rooms are quite small -don’t have windows- controlling the room climate was a bit of a challenge

Short but very sweet!
Pros:

We arrived early but our room was ready so we were able to check in straight away; the room was clean, quiet and comfortable with all the amenities described, and the breakfast excellent.
The hotel is ideally situated for the Museums and Royal Albert Hall and a very short walk away from South Kensington underground station.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was good.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

The room was gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was serviced every day and the towels were changed every day. The location was perfect with loads of cafés and restaurants on the doorstep

Cons:

The bed was a bit firm but the pillows were really nice.

Lage sehr gut, Nähe U-Bahn, viele Restaurants in der Nähe, Rent a bike vor dem Hotel. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereites Personal, Gastorientiert.

Cons:

Zimmer, typisch für London, sehr klein. Zimmer war im Keller.
