Le déjeuner était compris dans ma facture, mais l'établissement me l'a refusé disant que ce n'était pas inclus. J'ai presenté ma facture indiquant que l'inclusion, mais leur refus restait catégorique. Je leur ai demandé une confirmation, qui indiquait que ce n'était pas inclus, mais ils ont refusé de fournir quoique ce soit. Aucune collaboration, ni considération.
The hotel staff was great and the kids loved the pool
The sports bar hours were odd and the 1st floor spelled most of the time in the hallway
Clean and friendly staff
The charges were not explained and I am still waiting for a breakdown of charges as to why I didn’t receive my deposit back.
Very good gym
Reservation was 3 adults sharing room with breakfast. IHG policy is only to provide breakfast for 2, 3rd person charged $23. That was not value for money. Reception didn't us breakfast voucher when we checked in & had to provide evidence that we paid for it.
Previously didn't tell me the breakfast only includes 2 adults, and told me in the morning that I need to pay for the 2 kids.
Key cards needed resetting daily.
The staff was extremely helpful and polite.
Chairs and sofa were extremely worn and tired looking. Took away from the overall room appearance. Did not feel like you wanted to use them.
Destiny at the front desk checked me in and gave me the code which was very helpful.
