Pros:

Zum 6 mal im Andaz Schwabinger Tor und wieder begeistert. Dieses mal haben wir uns eine Andaz Suite gebucht. Sehr groß, cool eingerichtet, riesiges Badezimmer. Bequemes Bett. Minibar immer gut gefüllt. Leider keine Snacks dabei. Reinigung gut. Leider nur am ersten Tag kleine Handtücher für das Gesicht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Das Hotel liegt auch super und man kommt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell überall hin. Auch zu erwähnen ist der tolle Spa Bereich mit Indoor Pool

Cons:

Kein Turn down Service. Die fehlenden kleinen Gesichtshandtücher. Batterien der Fernbedienung am 2 TV im Schlafzimmer waren leer und wurden trotz Hinweiszettel nicht gewechselt. Aber es gab ja noch die Fernbedienung aus dem Wohnzimmer welche auch ging. Wie man sieht Kleinigkeiten, welche aber bei dem Preis pro Nacht passen sollten und eventuell auch mal kontrolliert werden sollten.

Superb and Comfortable short stay at the Andaz Munich
Pros:

Location of the Andaz is very convenient, Atmosphere at the Hotel is fantastic, Rooms are spacious and super comfortable, Good Value for Money. Rooms and all areas of the hotel are very clean. Breakfast is Delicious, Service at all levels is fantastic and super friendly.

Tollen Frühstück. Der Rest war zum Vergessen
Pros:

Die Lage und das Frühstück. Das Frühstück war extrem gut

Cons:

Die Betten waren bretthart. Wir konnten die erste Nacht nicht schlafen. Hatten danach Rückenschmerzen. Ich musste 2x in den nächsten Tagen zum Chiropraktiker. Die zweite konnten wir mit einem zusätzlichen Topper schlafen, würden aber bereits um 6.30 Uhr geweckt, weil über uns ein Gym war und einer auf dem Laufband lief. Bei der Ankunft schwärmte man an der Rezeption von der Roof Top Bar. So sind wir dann voller Freude abends dort hin. Man fragte uns oben, ob wir reserviert haben. Nein. Am nächsten Abend wollten wir ins Restaurant. Leider geschlossen. Beides hätte man uns bei Ankunft mitteilen können

Rundum mehr als zufrieden.
Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtetes, komfortables, sauberes Zimmer; Sitznische im Fenster; angenehmes Raumklima. Freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Das im Hotel befindliche Café hat ein breites, gutes Angebot. Frühstück im Hotel war sehr frisch, lecker, umfangreich. Mit direkt vorm Hotel befindlichen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist die Innenstadt leicht zu erreichen.

The most perfect hotel to stay in, as you acclimatise from Australian time zone, Pure luxury.
Pros:

This hotel was absolutely spectacular. Ulkar was so incredibly helpful and warm at reception as she checked us in. The rooms were HUGE and beautifully furnished. We wanted for nothing, it was the perfect place to land from long flight from Australia. The spa and sauna and pool were all just amazing. We would highly recommend and revisit in a heartbeat.
