Marriott Jacksonville

The staff, including Jamie at the front desk, was super helpful and polite. Room was clean and comfy. The bar staff went out of their way to accommodate requests.

Susan was my waitress for dinner and she was the best! Very polite and energetic. She seems to really enjoy her job!

Great experience here at the Marriot. I was here on business and several afternoons spent downstairs working by the bar and talking with the staff. Amy, the bartender, was so friendly and provided exceptional service. The hotel was clean and well kept. The area around the hotel is also very safe and the Dave and Busters nearby is a huge bonus. Thanks Marriot for a great stay!

So easy to get here. Ashlee greeted me as soon as I walked in with so much positive energy it was infectious! Really appreciate her. She was super nice and made me feel very welcomed.

My friend and I were passing through Jacksonville heading to Miami for a cruise. When I called the front desk i asked for general information, Ashlee answered all my questions and she made us feel at home .Parking was complimentary, we had a clean room, and Marriott Jacksonville has the best gym in town.
lzabel recommend a few restaurants for us,we had a blast.
We appreciate both Ashlee and Lzabel, and we had a pleasant stay at Jacksonville.

My family and I needed a place to stay for a couple of nights and had no idea on where we wanted to go until we came across Marriott. So we decided to stay there, we absolutely loved our stay and we will recommend this place if anyone else stumbled across the same position that we were in! My boyfriend and I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Marriott Jacksonville! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and made us feel right at home.

I especially want to recognize Ashlee at the front desk because she truly deserves to be recognized by management. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She took her time explaining everything, answered all of our questions with a smile, and even showed us around the hotel so we knew where everything was. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness made a lasting impression on us.

Outstanding employees like Ashlee are the reason guests come back. She made our experience exceptional, and Marriott is lucky to have her on the team. The staff at Marriott Jacksonville go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable! Kaitlin, Jacob, and Dave in the dining and breakfast room took care of all our needs to the last detail! Isaiah at the front desk is friendly, professional and also took care of all our needs! The hotel was clean even during renovation! I will stay here again because of the location, cleanliness and the wonderful staff!! Especially the staff!!

Standard Marriott with clean, updated rooms and nice amenities. Reliable hotel with free breakfast buffet for upper level members. The manager and staff are all very friendly. Free parking is a real bonus!
