Pros:

観光客、ツアーグループの利用が多く、エレベーターの待ち時間も長く、レセプションでも待ちます
一階エントランスホール、ロビーフロアーにお客様が多く、荷物を広げて動線も確保しにくいです
お客様と言ってもある程度のマナーを守るよう注意を促すことも必要と思います
正直、ホテルのランクに対しての庶民度、利用者の民度の低さが顕著でした

Cons:

部屋、立地は、申し分なく、ホテルの評価どおりですし、スタッフさんの対応もとても親切丁寧です

Great facilities with a nice location
Pros:

Good size rooms, comfortable lounge area
Bob at breakfast was great.
Concierge was lovely and welcoming
Wide variety of food choices ar breakfast
Pool area was nice
Location was easily accessible

Cons:

Beds had very firm/hard mattresses.
I requested a softer pillow
Except for Bobb at breakfast the rest of the staff either were too rushed or lacked the patience and kindness expected at a hotel.
Juices were not fresh but from cartons.
No welcome drink or made to feel special.
Top floor bar with a view wasn’t accessible to guests unless they paid for the sunset menu. We were advised we could go there at other times but when we did we were turned away as another function was taking place.

Favorable, great value for the money
Pros:

location: in the heart of the city, a few steps from the main metro station/junction, major attractions (even the bay area) within walking distance.
staff: very friendly and always helpful - 5-stars indeed
hotel: overall a nice hotel, spacious main lobby, two outdoor pools, multiple quick elevators, etc. Way less expensive than other 5-stars in town, so great value for money.
room: simple design, but comfortable. Beds were great. Nice view of downtown (~15th floor and up)
breakfast: huge selection, for everyone's taste from all around the world.
else: utilizing the free rental bikes was fun, and riding all the way around the bay is an attraction in itself.

Cons:

No serious complaints here.
Bathroom is a bit tight, we have seen more spacious bathrooms even in lower categories.
Breakfast area is a bit under-engineered, sure it has long opening hours, but is not capable of handling the peak time rush.
Feat bikes seemed unmaintained, which took a bit away from the joy.

Cons:

I requested for interconnecting rooms months ahead. I was even told my request will be prioritized but then my family was given separate rooms. When we checked in, I saw the room next to mine was being cleaned, I immediately called the front desk. I even talked to the manager to give us that room instead for my other family member. Manager said she would call me back. Waited for hours, nobody called back😃

Cons:

The room was very bare, the en-suite was tiny. The staff were not at all friendly or particularly helpful. Will not stay at this hotel again, the worst hotel I have stayed at in Singapore.

Overall good but very expensive. Staff were helpful.
