Excellentes prestations
Pros:

Très belle situation, proche métro, donc facile lorsque l'on vient de l'aéroport. Quartier agréable.
Les prestations fournies par l'hôtel sont excellentes.
Personnel très aimable et à l'écoute du client.
Excellent buffet de petit déjeuner

Cons:

Chambre plus petite que ce à quoi je m'attendais. Différente des photos sur booking. L'hôtel est très bien, mais je suis déçue de la chambre.

Super rapport qualité prix pour visiter Singapour avec du confort
Pros:

La chambre était très confortable, spacieuse et agréable. Les concierges au rdc sont adorables. L'emplacement est parfait.

Cons:

C'est un grand hôtel donc vous n'avez pas de service personnalisé et c'est assez froid avec le personnel.

Cons:

Rooms quite small and toilets had a stinky smell. They changed in room for me but even the other room's toilet also had a smell( though less than the first one) coming most probably from the drainage system.of the sink.

CITY HALL MRT와 가까워 무척 편리했습니다. 1층에서 고객을 맞이해주는 인원들은 너무나 친절했습니다.

Cons:

수영장 물(수질)은 보통이었고, 생각 보다 작아서 아쉬웠습니다. 루프탑은 영업 시간이 너무 짧아서 방문할 수 없었습니다. 방 안에 있는 커피머신은 작동하지 않음

Clean, high quality hotel with very good staff in an excellent location.

Location and friendly staff. Clean.

Cons:

Air con was on as cold as it would go all the time but was not adequate to properly cool the room. The breakfast room was cramped and not well laid out.
