The breakfast is truly excellent. Service is excellent also, cleanliness perfect, most visitors are a stylish and elegant crowd. You will feel pampered.
This is a fully renovated hotel but the old property was built at a time when standards for room sizes were smaller, so don't expect a big room. Some kind of extra furniture (wardrobe, armoire) for clothes would come handy but there's no room for it, really

Room, Staff, location, food at the resturant
1:- People waiting with cases laid out asleep in the Lobby
2:- Concierge checking in Bus loads of Airline Crew, and having to wait behind them for 20 minutes to try get a Cab orders ( actually hailed one down myslef was quicker) airline crew should not be checking in at the Concierge taking up his fully time and attention for long periods & peak times ( 7am in morning ) when other residents are relying on his services
3:- rooms lacked enough Cloth hangers and storage drawers ( we stayed for 6 nights and had to live out our suitcases ( which is not how I prefer ) rooms ideal for short stay periods but not longer durations
4:- North Tower Elevators are at a close proximety to external night clubs in the same building and the small of Smoking is very strong in the evenings after 5pm
