Wyndham Singapore Hotel

The customer service is simply not at a 5-star level.

I requested a twin room and was communicating with Nisha beforehand. Unfortunately, she was not only unhelpful but came across as completely indifferent. At check-in, instead of apologizing or offering a more considerate explanation, I was simply told, “If we give you a twin room, other guests will not have their room.” I understand the hotel was busy, but there is a 5-star way of communicating with and treating guests, even when you cannot accommodate their request.

The elevators on the North side of the property were also repeatedly out of service, resulting in long queues. I heard several guests expressing their disappointment. After a full day of walking and sightseeing, the last thing we wanted was to stand in another queue just to get back to our room.

One evening, we tried to order room service. The person who answered said she would ask the room service department to call me back. Nobody called back, and we ended up going to bed hungry. That is simply unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.

The only person who consistently stood out was Jeff at the Coleman Bar. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.

Even the breakfast buffet was tiring. The setup felt crowded and inconvenient rather than relaxing.

The main reason I chose this property was because I love Wyndham Dubai and have always associated the Wyndham brand with a certain standard of service. Unfortunately, my experience here did not live up to that expectation.

The bathroom was a little small for the size of the room

2. 8월9일 독립기념일에 숙박했고 마리나베이 정면 뷰로 자리를 잡았으나, 올해부터 뭔가 바뀐건지 부킹닷컴 사진에 있는 것 같은 불꽃놀이는 볼 수 없었습니다. 저 사진에 속은 기분입니다. 불꽃놀이는 어딘가 다른 곳에서 했고 건물에 가려 보이지 않았습니다.

3. 수영장에 상주 직원이 없는 것 까지는 이해하겠는데 가끔씩이라도 와서 관리하는 직원이 있어야 할텐데 전혀 없습니다. 공놀이나 다이빙 하는 애들을 말리는 직원도 없고 얘들에게 얼굴 붉히며 화내야 하나 말아야 하나 수영장 있는 내내 고민해야 했습니다.

4. 직원 by 직원이지만 대체로 친절하지 않습니다.

The breakfast dining was crowded and occupied several rooms which had a disjointed feel.

Breakfast was way to busy

Maybe a little harsh but the western elements of the breakfast buffet could have been hotter.

It was relatively expensive and the breakfast offering just ok. The swimming pools were an odd configuration.

There was a small step into the very small bathroom which made it a bit of a trip hazard. The breakfast area was very crowded and cluttered.
