Schönes Hotel für einen Kurztrip
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und frisch zubereitet. Die Parkanlage ist sehr schön angelegt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind eher im älteren Standard. Keine Steckdosen am Bett (nur zwei im Zimmer). Das Bad entspricht nicht dem heutigen Standard. Dusche mit Vorhang, im Duschbereich somit kein/kaum Licht. Kosmetikspiegel eher für größere Menschen ausgerichtet. Der Spielplatz ist liebevoll angelegt, allerdings braucht auch dieser wieder eine kleine Generalüberholung.

Pros:

Die Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel ist ideal für uns gewesen. Wir konnten direkt unter dem Haus parken und mit dem Fahrstuhl zum Zimmer. Wir hatten eine Jacke im Zimmer vergessen, diese wurde uns für die Erstattung des Portos problemlos zugeschickt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer roch unangenehm (alter Rauch) und war total abgewohnt. Die Möbel waren teilweise sehr in die Jahre gekommen (das Bad war ok).

Gute Lage nicht direkt der Stadt aber gut zu erreichen.
Tiefgarage geht bis unter der Unterkunft und man kann mit dem Fahrstuhl hoch fahren. Nettes Personal

Cons:

Viele versteckte Kosten.

Pros:

- pool and spa area, the pool water is exceptionally warm (around 29 degrees Celsius)
- great and fairly cheap garage
- free toiletries
- coffee machine with an amazing selection of coffee capsules (including decaf) and tea
- the water kettle was provided upon request
- breakfast
- bathroom with a bathtub
- comfortable beds

Cons:

- uncomfortable pillows that felt like lying on a balloon
- side buildings are not worth it, if you are traveling with a pet, you will get a much worse room (we've gained this experience a couple of months ago)

Mehr Schein als Sein...
Pros:

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption. Poolbereich und dazugehörige Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Zimmer staubig, Fenster und Balkon"möbel" (Spuren vom Vorgänger) dreckig. Angebot am nächsten Tag jemanden zu Reinigung zu schicken wurde nicht eingehalten, auch später kam keiner. Stehlampe kaputt. Angerufen warum ich noch da wäre obwohl Nachbuchung vorher mit Rezeption abgesprochen. Xmal von verschiedenen Mitarbeitern meinen Namen angeblich falsch hinterlegt, Email wurde von jedem Mitarbeiter erneut abgefragt obwohl alle Daten richtig in der Buchungsbestätigung stehen. Versprochene Rechnung per Mail nicht erhalten. Ich empfand dieses Vorgehen für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie als nicht angemessen, ebenso hapert es scheinbar an der Kommunikation untereinander. Und dass man ein Zimmer evtl vor spontaner Herausgabe nochmal kontrolliert sollte eigentlich Standart sein.
