Very good, but the staff!
Pros:

Cleanliness, space and location (tram is opposite, cafes, restaurants and market close).

Cons:

The staff needs to be more welcoming and friendly. The employee, Mr. Cris, was extremely rude and disrespectful.

Ein tolles, modernes zu empfehlendes Hotel.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr modern, stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksangebot haben wir nicht genutzt. Für unser Allgemeinverständnis vom Preis zu hoch bewertet. Lage eines Hotels ist kein Kriterium für uns, Wohlfühlaspekt und
Atmosphäre sind ausschlaggebend.

Cons:

Das Preisangebot zum Frühstück ist zu hoch, vor Jahren hat es auch geklappt. Ich kenne das Hotel noch aus früheren Zeiten, wo ich gern vom stressigen Alltag, erholt und mit einem reichhaltigen Frühstück in den Tag gestartet bin.

Perfect location. Very close to public transport and the city centre. Lots of good restaurants & coffee shops within walking distance. The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Rooms were modern & clean

Cons:

Frühstück war qualitativ und von der Vielfalt her nicht gut.
Im Zimmer fehlten Garderobenhaken und auch im Bad fehlten Ablagen und Haken.
Das Personal war nicht allzu zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
