Hervorragender Standard mit super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Zimmer zum Innenhof sehr ruhig. Fenster lassen sich öffnen. Betten/Kissen sehr bequem. Geräumiges Badezimmer mit reichlich Ablagen. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Mooi en fijn verblijf in recent verbouwde nieuwe kamers
Pros:

De locatie in Oost-Berlijn in de wijk Prenzlauer Berg is ideaal als uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan de hele stad, prima bereikbaar met OV (S-Bahn halte Prenzlauer Berg) vanaf Berlin Haubtbahnhof en Flughaven Berlin Airport (BER), rechtstreeks met S85.

Absolut zuvorkommendes Personal, die Zimmer sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, außerdem war das Frühstück sehr umfangreich und gut präsentiert!

Pros:

Sehr großzügiges Zimmer (wie hatten allerdings nicht das Std.-Zimmer sondern das Doppelzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett) mit schönem Bad.
Das Frühstück unbedingt probieren: Sehr große Auswahl und das i-Tüpfelchen: Stoffservietten.

Cons:

Due Bambus -Zimmerkarten, die mehrfach gar nicht oder erst beim x-ten Versuch die Tür öffneten.
Im 6.Stock wurden Geräusche des Fahrstuhls per Körperschall übertragen. Besser ist es wohl die 5. Etage zu nehmen.

Pros:

Very clean rooms and pleasant staff. Location is nice right next to tram stop. The Road and tram gives a bit of traffic noice of your room is facing that Way.

Cons:

The elevator is a bit noisy so ask for a room as far away from it as possible if you are not a heavy sleeper.
Also, the hotel’s cooperation with booking.com was not working well in our case. We booked for a family of Four including breakfast, but on arrival we were made to pay an extra 67 euros for our daughter’s breakfast for three nights even though we had a voucher from booking.com clearly stating that breakfast was included for all. Staff explained to us that this was due to the fact that booking.com had not passed on the age of our daughter when booking the rooms. This May well be, but we would have expected a large chain like holiday inn to manage such an issue with booking.com and settling it between themselves instead of passing on the problem to us. This gave a slightly bad start to an otherwise fine stay.

Fint hotell, god frukost og topp beliggenhet.
Pros:

Rolig, rent, fint rom, hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale.

Hotellet ligger rett ved trikk, som gjorde det enkelt å komme seg rundt i Berlin.

Gateparkeringen var ok.
