Fantastic
Pros:

The room was gorgeous as was the lobby. They had so many amenities in the room- and an AMAZING shower. They truly thought of everything! The bed and pillows were also so comfortable!

just location. extremely expensive and clearly a mismatch between what you pay and what you get.

1. we booked 8 rooms, which were supposed to be made available for us at the time of check-in 15:00. 3 of the rooms were only made available to us at 15:45.

2. The hotel staff assured us upon check-in that breakfast was included in our rate but then later proceeded to charge by card us additionally for all rooms

3. breakfast was only basic and no where near what one would expect when room rate is €600 per night.

Lovely hotel, excellent location
Pros:

Lovely hotel right near the Grand-Place, friendly staff, wonderful porter who was exceptionally helpful. Room comfy

Cons:

Unfortunately the room overlooked a very dreary courtyard, thank goodness we were only there for 1 nights, as this was disappointing. Could I suggest that perhaps they add some nice flowers, pots, statue etc to lift the space.

Beautiful hotel, with friendly attentive staff. Fun bar with creative drink offerings. Wonderful restaurant with delicious food. Outstanding location for easy walking to many of the key Brussels attractions.

Au coeur du coeur de l'Europe.
Pros:

Situation et amabilité du personnel. Décoration "Magritte", luxe, calme et volupté.

Cons:

A la marge, deux points. Le salon de la suite donne sur la rue et les fenêtres du bâtiment d'en face ont une vue plongeante sur le salon : absence de rideau voilage pour l'intimité. La penderie s'allume quand on l'ouvre (bien). Sauf qu'il y avait un problème à la porte et la penderie (à côté du lit) ne s'éteignait pas. J'ai dû coincer un oreiller pour que la porte ferme et que la penderie soit éteinte. :-)
