A great hotel let down by some questionable approaches to staff organisation.
Pros:

Room was lovely, bar was great, decor really nice, front desk and lobby staff v friendly and responsive.

Cons:

Breakfast was poorly conceived, breakfast staff organisation poor, waiting time to be served too long.

Some days you get three people opening doors for you when you arrive, sometimes you have to open the doors yourself. It won’t kill me to open a door but why the inconsistency?

Amigo is a lovely hotel with a fabulous staff that is gracious and helpful from the moment you arrive.
Pros:

The hotel is located in the city center, walkable to most sights, restaurants and activities.

Cons:

The hotel is very convenient and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and courteous.
