We stayed at the hotel for three nights while we were in Brussels and it's definitely a top choice. The location is in the middle of everything you want to see - literal steps to the Grand Place and all of those activities and then maybe a ten minute walk up to the museum campus.
The staff is great from the bellmen at the front door to the team working the desk and the waitstaff at the bar. A super friendly and welcoming group of people.
The rooms themseleves are quite large and worth noting is that this hotel had the best water pressure in the shower of any hotel I've ever been in - truly outstanding.
This might not be the cheapest hotel in town but for a discerning guest who wants a top-notch location, this one is a winner.
Spent 3 nights here on a business trip. Refined, old-fashioned European hotel. Just steps from Grand Place. Rooms are small but comfortable. Nice bar with live jazz on the weekends.
Location exceptional as within 1 minute walk to main square. Staff extremely knowledgeable of area and demonstrated utmost professionalism and well a friendliness. Properly very well maintained. Only minor issue, we had, was there are better breakfast deals outside of hotel.
Breakfast could have more choices and not be as expensive, even for a deserving 5 star hotel.
I stayed four nights at the Amigo hotel in Brussels. My room was quiet and very clean and although the buffet breakfast was good I only had the same hot breakfast every morning of eggs, bacon, toast, tea and orange juice at 24 euros. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and seem to enjoy what they do. I’d like to particularly thank Rebecca and Vittoro who worked in the restaurant. The three concierge’s were very helpful as well as others at the hotel. I had three dinners at the hotel which were excellent and tasty.
The hotel is located in the centre of Brussels and close to anywhere that’s worth visiting. Furthermore, the Central train station is just 8-10 minutes walk from the hotel which is convenient to go to places like Bruge, Ghent and Antwerp. Overall, I had a really good time and would highly recommend anyone to stay at the hotel.
This is a hotel worth spending more money on. My wife and I stayed at 10 5 star hotels in the last two weeks and this was the finest hotel we stayed at.
It was fun feeling like royalty😉All of the staff were soooo polite and helpful. It was amazing and so close to everything we wanted to experience. We’re giving special thanks to Ebad who was a great guy and great bartender‼️
We weren’t impressed with the breakfast.
Best location ever, right around the corner from the grand Square. Beautiful art everywhere, very nice rooms with great bed and shower. Very helpful staff . Exceptionally clean.
Very pleasant & helpful staff , especially Antonio and the concierge. Loved the room and comfortable bed. Very quiet here.
Bar and lounge a brilliant respite from busy Bruxelles. Location just off Grand Place is ideal. Restaurant was excellent Italian cuisine.
Very nice and clean hotel in excellent, safe location. Walkable to the main attractions. Did not eat there so can not comment on the food.
