This is a great hotel but I have to give a commendation on the breakfast, it was the best hotel breakfast in our entire 1 month trip around Asia.

Great food and excellent service! The famous Hainanese chicken rice was absolutely delicious. A special thanks to Mr. Chanon Sebsaithai for his warm hospitality and professionalism. He made us feel truly welcome and ensured we had a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended!

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean, the location was excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. The service met my expectations, and I would happily recommend this hotel to others.
The only disappointing part of my experience was related to my reservation. When I made the booking, it clearly included a complimentary airport taxi transfer. However, before my arrival, this benefit disappeared from my reservation without any explanation, and I was unable to use it. I had chosen this booking partly because of that included benefit, so it was frustrating to lose it unexpectedly. I hope Booking.com and the hotel can work together to ensure that promotional benefits shown at the time of booking are honored or, at the very least, that guests are informed in advance if any changes occur.
Despite this issue, I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the hospitality provided by the hotel.

A lovely hotel in a convenient location. Their service was excellent, throughout the duration of our stay We had two different rooms. The first room was a suite and it was very large with a massive bed. The second was a deluxe king room which was also large enough with a very big bed again. The doorman Tikk was super friendly and helpful, making us feel so welcome from start to finish. Breakfast was good, I particularly likes the banana fritters. The coffee service was excellent, With the baristas taking pride in the cappuccino presentation. Very cute!
Friendly efficient staff. Very convenient location. Both rooms we stayed in were fantastic, large and had a great big bed. Tikk the doorman was so helpful giving me great recommendations and always so positive and enthusiastic.
