Le service est exceptionnel
La Clim trop forte
Très bel hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, la piscine parfaite pour les fins de journée avec enfants, la salle de sport est appréciée et bien équipée.
L'emplacement proche du MRT permet de rejoindre les visites des principaux centres d'intérêts de Bangkok. Le parc Lumpini à proximité est sympa à faire avec les enfants pour voir les varans.
Le personnel est adorable et serviable.
Le lit était très grand, mais un peu juste à trois avec un enfant.

Les personnelles ne sont pas assez gentils je suis un peu surprise pour un hôtel de 5 étoiles et au pays de sourire . Le jour de mon départ ils m’ont rendus mes vêtements lavés mais il me manquait pas mal d’habits au lieu de chercher ils m’ont fait déballer ma valise par ce qu’ils ne m’ont pas crus vous imaginez la scène et les stresses , peu de temps après ils m’ont appelé pour dire qu’ils ont trouvé le reste de mes affaires. Bad experience never again.

feels like a proper 5 star hotel, very nice, elegant and welcoming. Location is good, walking distance to Lumphini Park.

Kommunikationen med hotellet før opholdet var meget dårlig, faktisk var jeg nødt til at rykke for svar, og et spørgsmål 4-5 dage før min ankomst, blev slet ikke besvaret. Morgenmaden var meget skuffende og der var kø og der blev ikke fyldt op hele tiden.
الفندق جميل صراحة وموقعه ممتاز ولكن كانت فيه مشكله في خدمة تنظيف الغرف كانو سيئين في التنظيف واذا نظفو مايظيفون مويه ولا فرشاة اسنان وكذا مره اتواصل مع الاستقبال ولكن بسكل عام الفندق جيد
