Vilken service
Pros:

Cons:

I have stayed at the Montien on 6 separate occasions in the last 12 months. I always have breakfast included in my booking. Until this last visit the breakfast has been good, it should be it's not cheap. On this last occasion it was very poor, for a start the staff all looked as though they had just been put on 1 week's notice. Also there was, which I would describe as the restaurant team leader, who spent most of his time berating the staff in a very animated way. The selection of buffet style food is ok, but it's certainly not fresh, things like the semi skimmed milk had curdled, cereal tasted like cardboard, all the hotplate stuff precooked was barely warm. Even coffee was served warm, every morning I would have to ask for hot coffee. Hopefully this was just a blip.

Hotel precioso y personal muy amable
Pros:

buena ubicación, personal muy amable (sobretodo los chicos de la entrada), hotel precioso y cama de las más cómodas en las que he dormido. Desayuno rico y abundante. Las vistas desde mi habitación deluxe eran preciosas.

Cons:

Cuando entre tenia dudas si las fundas de almohada estaban cambiadas, porque a diferencia del resto de sábanas, estaban arrugadas y tenian manchas...por lo demás la verdad que el hotel esta genialñ
