Good place to stay near Towson
Pros:

Very large room. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Excellent location very close to the expressway I-695. Convenient parking in the garage next to the hotel, with unlimnited in and out for just $15 per day.

Cons:

No lamp at the desk where you would sit to use your computer. There was a lamp behind where you sit, but still kind of far away. There was a nightstand between the two beds, but he unused electrical outlets (where you could charge your devices) were not near the nightstand, they were on the opposite side of the bed. I like having my cell phone getting charged on the nightstand so I could use it as a clock as well. There was no clock of any sort in the room.

Conveniently located to major shopping center
Pros:

I liked the newly renovated bathroom, the fact that they had an onsite restaurant/café, and the convenience of it being right next door to a major shopping center

Cons:

The room service and online platform for ordering food to the room didn’t work for some reason which was disappointing. I also would have preferred warmer light bulbs in the room and the main lobby was a bit overstimulating.

Not Handicap accessible
Pros:

I ask for an accessible disability room 2 weeks ago. Out of all the rooms in that hotel i was given a room on the 6th floor which was ok but all the way to the end of the hall way. I felt my legs gave way or up. Why!!!.

Cons:

Another hook in the bathroom for bathrobe, etc.; room 420 the door to the refrigerator cabinet needs screws in one of the hinges; put an electronic outlet on the bedside table.
