That i visit mostly every weekend and it be perfect, it didn't meet my expectations this weekend at all
Sink stopped up, tub water wouldn't release the water correctly. Room was very dusty
The staff were lovely, particularly those working in the breakfast area. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is walking distance from restaurants and stores.
Our room’s AC was leaking, so there was a large area of the carpet that was wet.
It's located in the central area of Townsend , very easy to locate. My room was good, big enough and very clean.
There's no swimming ( i am not sure if there is because no one mentioned it to me during my check in). The light switches were not nearby to make it easier for someone to turn off and on while in bed without having to get up.

The front desk manager Randolph Johnson is the most rude person i have ever met in the hospitality industry.
I am a regular leisure traveler.I have been to so many hotels and destinations.
My sister did my booking and it was time to check in,there was a miscommunication about incidental deposit.He was literally screaming at us.It took other staff to calm him down.

The pool had rust all around it !! That’s the most concerning part, I don’t think that’s good for anyones health. That’s it.
The food from the restaurant was amazing. There was more ordered but the smash burger was all that I got photos of.
The staff at the front desk were absolutely amazing and accommodating. They were 2 gentlemen with braids. They were the nicest people ever and helped us with everything. They have ama,and attitudes.
For some reason i was charged twice but the nice man at the desk said he took care of it and it will fall off the bank account. Very amazing staff. It was something online that charged me not the men at the desk.
Location to visit family
The location was centrally located.
Almost everything. Staff overcharged, switched up a confirmed reservation, rooms were dirty and half of the lights did not work. NO MICROWAVE. No Front desk reception person early in morning or late at night. I walked my dog at 7 am and later at 10 pm and almost every time at these times for 4 days mo one was at the Fri t desk. This in itself is a security issue. Got locked out of room for an hour at 11pm and staff were not available.
Shaquay was excellent. She was kind,, professional an the food was good.
The staff at the Lounge Mr.Ben was a wonderful man. He was professional an kind.
There wasn't enough luggage carts. We had to carry our luggage an cooler.
