It wasn't the Marriott it was that it registered in there system that I booked through you so I had to pay again.
Didn’t get breakfast.
Achtung Betrug: Man bucht ein Hotelzimmer inklusive Frühstück für 4 Personen. Beim Check-In bekommt man dann einen Gutschein über 60 Dollar. Das Frühstück kostet aber 38 Dollar + Tip pro Person. Faktisch ist also kein Frühstück dabei obwohl bezahlt.
Convenient for the airport, Nice location next to the bay. Good complementary shuttle for airport, Good size room.
Noisy due to constant check in and out for flights. Rooms not cleaned or ready for check in. Restaurant in open foyer by check in and bar so busy with no atmosphere other than busy. Expensive food prices. Staff pleasant but communication between teams and accuracy of information was poor

Poor lighting in room, terrible in-room coffee, unable to get a regular breakfast at the restaurant (expensive bufffet only).
As always, the hotel gives me a feeling coming home but not hotel. Staff are very friendly; Facilities are maintained in good conditions even it seems not new for years;
I wish the glass-door from room to a toilet does not make a noise at night when someone uses it. The hotel could consider a way to keep it silent when closing-opening. If yes, it could be excellent!
Shuttle service provided from Airport to hotel. Friendly counter staff and swift check-in.
The bath tub almost choked. The bed was too soft, narrow for a queen size bed and pillows were made shorter and spongy.
Ease from airport with shuttle
After waiting a considerable amount of time to check in due to long lines, we were given a room with a number far higher than the signs in the hallway which resulted in us searching the building. The check in line was still very long and ww could not get help. A pilot checking in told us where the room was. Also breakfast would have cost us $70. So glad we googled a local place. Was cute and about 1/3 of the cost with mimosas.
Close to airport
It's an airport hotel so not a luxury property. I have to query a charge on my credit card as I didn't buy anything at the hotel which is inconvenient and annoying.
